This is a must book in Puerto Princesa!! The whole place is absolutely stunning, the rooms are beautiful with so many nice little touches- and very spacious! It has a beach front that we went out kayaking on through the mangroves. Exceptional customer service, all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Outdoor/pool/restaurant area is as amazing as it looks in the pictures. We wish we had stayed longer!

I would highlight the staff! Anthony, Daniel, JP, Jeb and I could list everyone we have had connection with. They are super nice proactively looking for how they could help you. The food is amazing, the French-Vietnamese restaurant on the top is a gem. The rooms are super clean and well equipped. The pool area is relaxing and beautiful. The only thing you have to be prepared for is that you cannot swim here in the sea, but we have been prepared for that and for us it was not a problem at all. It was difficult to leave. Highly recommend!

I was in puerto princesa for pre/post scuba diving liveaboard. Pre was at a hotel in the city. I didn’t really like it. So post I picked my own. I can’t say enough how much I loved this place. It was outside edge of puerto princesa. But only 10 mins (if that) to the airport. And 15 from the marina. Room was spotless and clean. Bed was perfect. It was quiet with a little bit of nature right outside my door. I woke up to birds chirping. Staff was exceptional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly and polite. Every turn I was created by a smile!! Restaurant was great. Prices were fair also wonderfully attentive friendly staff. Pool and grounds were gorgeous. I didn’t go all the way over to the beach section but pool was clean and beautiful as well. Loungers were comfortable and towels provided. I just can’t say enough. Special shout out to Ma. Desiree, Peter, Kathryn Ivy, and JP. And others whose names I was unable to remember. I will def be back to enjoy a longer stay!!

There was nothing I could find wrong!!

Everybody was greeting all of us always with a smile. They made sure, we have everything we want and need. They surprised me on my birthday at breakfast with singing and a delicious cake & gift. The view was absolutely stunning. We gave some recommendations about our room, cause there were some edges that could hurt a kid or an adult. They immediately fixed the problem, so nobody would get hurt from the edges of the towel rack and the bathroom door handle. The whole team was absolutely top of the top at all times. Rooms are always clean. There‘s snack time between 3-4 pm. Between 5-6 pm they bring another snack directly to our room. Food was always fresh and super delicious.

There was nothing we didn‘t like. We loved everything about it and this hotel deserves 10 stars!

My fiancé and I liked everything we even booked a romantic dinner. It rained so they brought us upstairs to a restaurant which was a beautiful view in the rain. The driver Christain that picked us up from the airport was amazing. Funny line is lucky to have a person like him working for them. Desiree and RJ were both amazing as well . I don’t wanna take anything away from the staff because they all were amazing but those three were who I communicated the most with Christain by far number one in my book.

The only thing I didn’t like was, I didn’t schedule my stay for longer time because of prior commitments. That’s on me Has nothing to do with the funny line or the staff..

We have had an overall amazing experience for our Honey Moon at the Funny Lion in Puerto Princesa. The room service is very accurate and clean, the room and especially the bed very spacious. Excellent cuisine and very relaxing lounge atmosphere throughout the whole day and night. The staff is excellently and over average friendly, kind and professional. We have really experienced a V.I.P. treatment and would really recommend this accomodation for future stays. Salamat po ("thank you") for the lovely treatment!

Loved everything about this place. It is brand new so still in the soft opening stages. The staff are fantastic, friendly and professional. The rooms are lovely and spacious with comfortable beds. They arranged a private trip to Honda Bay for us, even making sure our dietary requirements were met and we had towels with us. I cannot fault this place and would love to stay again.

We just stayed for one night here but it was very clean and comfortable. We had an amazingly large bed and spacious room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the Hunt restaurant which was nice - they have a poolside pizza oven! I’m sure we’d have chilled by the pool if we had more time too. We previously stayed at TFL in Coron, which was also great. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hotel/resort. From the welcoming arrival to the sad departure we had a truly 5* experience. The beds/pillows/duvet are quality as are the bathroom facilities. The dining area is very tastefully designed. Everything about this hotel is classy. Friendly fun service from all the staff. Special shout out to Desiree and Livia and thanks for arranging our free shuttle to the airport. We look forward to returning! Thank You!

The location was perfect, the facility is awesome! We had fun on the summing pool, the staff were so very nice and friendly, they gave us our package breakfast on 5 am so we can catch our flight at 7 am, it was so kind from them.. thank you so much! I strongly recommend this resort…
