For the room nothing special but the view of our room is spectacular Breakfast the food is great, unsolicited suggestion, add Bacon and sunnyside up egg on the menu or even by request only.

Chips are not allowed on pool side area. Buffet breakfast, if kids are included on the room, i hope in the breakfast too. Because kids can only eat a little specially for breakfast i dont think it will affect that much of the cost.

The view from the room was beautiful, we could see the lake and the Taal volcano from the room. The dining hall was gorgeous. The hotel lobby was very pretty, I loved the open wall design so we could get a ton of natural light. I greatly appreciated the Hotel Manager and Owner's flexibility in letting me turn my 4 night stay for 2 in 1 room, to a 2 night stay for 4 in 2 rooms, it was super helpful.

The sliding glass door to our balcony kept getting stuck, which was annoying. There were a ton of bugs in the pool, I wish the pool was cleaned more often.

The bathroom bidet was leaking and spraying around the whole bathroom. Advised office staff twice before they sent maintenance, it was an easy fix for me if I had the tools, though maintenance came at 930pm - 11pm left and returned 3 times with another tool and attempted to repair but failed. Left it leaking and said it was the best they could do. The kettle also did not work. The fridge had defrosted, and chocolates floating in water, I thought you would have checked all these when preparing room for checkin of guests

It was an amazing experience. From check in to check out, everything was so perfect. Hotel is in a perfect location in tagaytay close to other city attractions. Hotel was clean and organized. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. special mention to the pianist as it calms you everytime you hear him play.

Nothing much to say, but just probably the place is kind of outdated when it comes to the design. But nevertheless still everything was so exceptional.

the location was exceptional, a lot of tourist spots are just around the corner. the staffs are very friendly and accommodating.. the breakfast great with a lot of food to choose from.over all it's good stay.

the wifi in the rooms are very poor. for a gamer like us it's very disappointing that the hotel promotes their free wifi but it's as good as nothing.not to mention it's a dead spot in the room we stayed in. in other words there was no mobile signal in that room.😭

Friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They really looked out for us especially my aunt who is a senior citizen and had mobility issues. Lots of parking spaces. Clean bedroom.

Food options, especially during breakfast could be better. Would be great if they can include tea as part of the room amenities. No power outlets near the bed. Noises coming from the service area which was adjacent to the room.

Location is always going to superb with this property - can't beat that view. Amenities and the size of the room were good for 2x adults and 3x kids. Staff were very friendly!

Payment process was a little whack, I ended up having to pay thru paypal. At least the staff were friendly and patient about it.

It’s so close to everything Tagaytay has to offer. Food is not bad too. There’s also Conti’s in the property which is convenient when you want other food option, and the branch here has better food than their usual branches in the Metro

I like the view where you will see the famous taal. The pool view is perfect. I was satisfied in the menu of buffet breakfast. The check-in and checkout process are fast. The staffs are friendly and willing to help you. I like the balcony its very cozy.

I see dust in the ceiling. I don't have plug near my bed so it's hard for me charge my phone near me. Suggestion maybe it's time to change the cable to Netflix?

i really enjoyed the view of Taal Volcano. All rooms have complimentary facemask, tissue and alcohol which is very considerate.

it’s probably my case but the room I book is with a Taal Volcano view but because the structure of the hotel, yes it has a balcony but you cannot really see Taal because it is being obstructed due to the design of the hotel Overall, it was super nice hotel and highly recommend. it’s been nice to see my family enjoyed it and amaze of the location as well.
