The entire staff was excellent. Having not just one but two restaurants was very nice, especially the sweet bakery goods. Good variety of cable TV stations. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, ATMs, and other restaurants, and walking distance from the ferry terminal. Good size room, hot water kettle, refrigerator, and a nightly cookie was especially nice.

Wifi could have been better. The information in booking.com about nightly wine and champagne needs to be corrected. And it was disappointing that at breakfast they ran out of bacon and sausage on the American breakfast option for several days.

The staff is great! Always there to help, very polite and friendly. The hotel atmosphere is great - it is cosy and very calm. Location ia great - right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was also great! I recommend the chicken tocino.

The room was smelling really unpleasant and there were no windows to open. Humidity was at maximum level. We had to open the door of the room and turn on AC just to get some air flowing. Please invest in air purifier. It is overpriced.

The room had everything that we could have wanted, plenty of hot water in the shower, cake delivered to the room in the evening along with the weather forecast for the following day by the room attendants. Breakfast was taken in the coffee shop associated with the hotel but could have had a wider menu, apart from that its a great place for a stay.

Beautifully designed rooms, breakfast/food was good, staff were very helpful and responsive.

Staff only informed me about the minimum consumable for the function room when it was already too late for me to back out - was already seated in the room waiting for my guests. But they made up by extending our stay and allowing me to take out the following day the unconsumed amount. Earlier communication would be better next time.

Wonderful hotel and staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful, even storing our bags for us for a day when we were not staying there. Location is good to visit many attractions and the Italian restaurant opposite the hotel had some of the best food we have had since arriving in the Philippines. The room was comfortable and they even left some fresh cake for when we arrived. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

the hotel design is super nice, staff is outstandingly polite, responsive and very kind. its café is also unique with the lovely atmosphere.

rooms are a bit noisy (we changed room after check in), either having some sound from the electric `machines` like the airco or others, topped up with the neighboring roosters cockcrow. some items from the breakfast choices were not available from the menu

The service is always fantastic. They all go above and beyond. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The wifi is great and connects directly, no portal that requires a secondary sign in! The TV is a good size and clear. There are plenty of power outlets, and there is hot water! After a long flight, or when I need a reliable place to stay, this is where I go, and I will return.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The staff is friendly and very attentive. They have a welcome drinks as soon as we arrived. There's also a complimentary delicious croissant pastry waiting for us inside our rooms. Wait, there's more, there is also a equally delicious cookie waiting for us when we got back from our Countryside tours. We booked 3 rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean! The interior decors were awesome! The free breakfast is also cooked to perfection. An insider tip, preorder your breakfast to cut on waiting time since it is cook-to-order to ensure freshness and hot! The staff will ring you once the breakfast is ready. Sweet Home Boutique hotel is indeed a home away from home and much more! This hotel deserves a perfect 10 star rating!

Cappuccino got charged extra, had to buy an additional drink even though coffee was included in the breakfast. That wasn’t clear. You should just charge an upgrade amount instead of having to buy cost of a whole new drink. Didn’t like breakfast so much and didn’t expect to have to pay when breakfast “was included”.

First of all: The absolut friendly and helpful staff at the reception is amazing. I rarely wright reviews,this is the way I want to leave a warm thank you to them. By the way the room ist very comfy an spacious.Bathroom is also good. The AC is loud, that's true, but with earplugs no problem. Near to the Alturas Mall. Highly recommend this Place!
