Service, very kind staff, smiling, helping. I felt really as a customer.

Only thing I would reconsider is the shower and ventilation of the bathrooms on the uppor floors in challets. This could be done a bit better, but I would not consider this as huge cons...

Very nice Chalet, just under the slop. Chalet is on 3floors, comfy living area with wood burner, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Big terrace with jacuzzi and Mountain View. Good - freshly prepared breakfast.

Fireplace in the chalet with encouragement from staff to light up the fire in the evening. Priceless

The view from the chalet was nice. There is restaurant inside, parking spot for the car. Location is pretty good, 5mins walking distance from main cable cars to the mountain.

Oh boy... Where so i start... We waited for this stay for all of our trip around the europe. Photos looks amazing, facility list is fantastic, and we looked forward for this stay to rest before heading home. But... Even tough the price is not in the lowest ranges and you expext to stay to be awesome, our stay was far from perfect and what we expected. After arriving the reception was perfect, greeted us, took our details, showed around the apartament and left us to enjoy our stay. Firstly - the dishes was in the dishwasher, and not clean, so we needed to wait after it was finished washing to have plates and cups. Then we went to showers, there was zero water pressure, even when you rise the shower head above shoulders - water stopped running. It was sorted tough (they was filling the pool, so all the apartament didnt have pressure...) But standing wet and semi showered, waiting for the water drops was not really fun. We asked is there a BBQ area, reception confirmed.... But there was just a fireplace, and really nothing close to thing that you can cook something on. We were told (and saw in the photos and room facilities) that there was a jakuzzi, in a way there was, but jakuzzi was outside, next to our neighbours windows. So technically yes, there was hot tub outside, but it really unusable as it's really not good to bath next to the neighbours with windows open. The tub was literally at the entrance to neighbours rooms, so it's a gamble if you get it, or you just will be sitting watching (and being watched :) ) neighbours. We talked with reception about this, and they offered that we can go to SPA zone, which we did, and then were charged additional 10€ / person. (Its our bad that we didn't asked about the price, but it seemed that its free for persons who are living here).
