Newly renovated hotel with fantastic food. Especially dinners were absolutely delicious. Kust a bit far from the train station, so if you plan to park the car, be ready for a walk about 2 km to the train station. Spa centrum very nice as well, but no one keeping rules unfortunately and staff tolerate it. Too loud main pool and the sauna world used by children even they are not allowed.

Some basic reminders of rules in spa would definitely help.

Dinner and breakfast were generally good. The room was cosy and clean. Lots of parking spaces available. SPA was good and nice to have after a day in the mountains.

There was no air conditioning and ventilation did not seem to be working either. Hence, the air was too stuffy during the night. You cannot open the balcony door also because of the insects and other people smoking on the balcony. People from neighbouring rooms had free access to our balcony. The room was not soundproof and you could hear loud noices from the other rooms and corridor. No free water or juice was offered at dinner and if you arrived later, most of the buffet was emptied out.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff, good housekeeping. Very well equipped rooms, with balcony. Very quiet at night, really relaxing. Meals are good quality, there are variety of fresh fruits and vegetables at every meal. Good variety with some local speciality every day. Hassle free parking. The pool bar is a nice touch. Good location for exploring the beautiful High Tatras from.

The rooms could be larger and some view would have been nice. Meals and the pool were a little crowded. The guests in the room near to ours had a large dog that they refused to keep on a leash in the hotel. It frightened my kids with running towards them barking loudly more than once.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, we would like to thank chef Mr. Peter Vanko who prepares delicious menu. Hotel has very good location, nice wellness, modern facilities and lots of parking space.

We booked "honeymoon room" which is really small, but it has direct access to the nature so you can enjoy your morning coffee sitting outside and watching birds. Breakfast and dinner was served as buffet - nothing special, but plenty of choices and tastefull. Drinks are way too expensive (for a glass of wine -3dcl, we paid over 6EURO per person). Not all rooms have minibar or air condition - so double check if you need it! Spa was nicely made, water was warm, saunas very good. I found it strange to take our own towels from room to use them in wellness and then using the same ones for shower afterwards, but we found our ways. Nature around the hotel is fantastic!

The only minus - staff. No smile, no good morning, some waiter just came took our plates and left - without asking or saying anything. Not everyone was like this, but it´s a pity for such a nice hotel.

Location is wonderful, quiet, calm. The hotel is pleasant, we liked the pool, the nice view. Breakfast and dinner had nice choices, tasty, good variety. Kids loved the short walks around. We enjoyed having Breakfast&dinner at the terrace, outside. Fridge and coffee&tea table in the room - useful.

Seemingly short on staff during out stay, those few on site were nice but there was always missing something, a fork, a spoon, some juice - everything kindly provided after i asked. Uncleaned tables from previous guests left there for a long time. More precise cleaning of the room would be welcomed. Bad pillows. Pool limitations with kids, afternoon opening on work-days.

Hotel is so new, very pleasant interior, we loved the room, spacious, clean, comfy. Great variety of traditional slovak meals for dinner, in general great choice of food. one night was also ice-cream, kids loved it. Kids corner though small still had something to offer for kids, they spend some great time there.

Maybe a bit more fruits would be great, we got just some for breakfast and plates were empty super fast. also could be a bit more engaging animators- ladies many times just browsed their phones during supposed "Mini disco". But these just more picky wishes, our stay was really great!

The room was clean, bright. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, the food is changing. The pool water is warm, comfortable and the location of the hotel is good (convenient with car).

We missed the offer of fruit at breakfast and dinner, also were surprised that water and juice at dinner are at an additional cost. We stayed for 6 nights, but the bed linen was not changed once, the beds were made and the room was not cleaned every day (although we left a tip every day), so the room service needs to be improved.

hotel is perfect and we are coming after one year. Wellness is amazing, perfect breakfast and dinners.

For foreigners (muslims) we would appreciate more options at breakfast .. usually there is pork ham… when there was chicken ham it was covered with pork sausage as “design”:( … also missing information on labels from which meat are sausage, hams etc made of, i think there are just small changes which could help and we do not need to feel weird to ask for everything :) also would be fine if large double beds (the one with whole matrac) are not in the smallest rooms… understand hotel is used also for conferences however its sad that there is no lux room or apartmat with “normal” bed where the matraces are not separated (not sure if people are not complainig about that but its terrible) :(
