Ratio between price and quality of accommodation was very good. Room was fine, breakfast was very good, opportunity for guests to take something little sweet with coffee untill 04.00 PM is lovely. Wellness seemed to be too little for the amount of guests, but that is only about timing. Moreover there was an offer to hire wellness privately for a reasonable rate per hour. I personally do appreciate the fact that most of the time I did not know about the staff of the hotel but when we needed some information there was no problem to get it.

Only 2 issues, which are not directly related to the accommodation itself: 1. The whole place is more for winter, with a lot of skiing opportunities, in the summer or autumn it is good to use it as the central point for trips to the surrounding areas. We knew about that, but if all the trips are finished sooner than expected, there is not that much to do (although it is usually the best time for wellness :)). 2. I wished we could stay longer.

It's new, looks nice, comfortable and in the area where you can enjoy the local village or go up in the mountains. I really want to compliment the breakfast, as it was really rich with lots of choices. Our 2 year old enjoyed the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. If possible, choose a room with balcony. We had a room without and we missed it a bit. The views are nice and it's easy to get to interesting places in the area.

Not really a complaint, but we met 2 receiptionists and one spoke fluent english and gave lots useful tips on what to do, the other was nice but spoke very little english. You should come with a car, otherwise it's difficult to get around (the village centre is 2km away). Funny, but the biggest issue were flies (just regular flies), because in our room they were few and we couldn't get rid of them, so they were rather annoying.

Very nice place, invested, all new or very well kept! The staff was very kind! The spa is not big, but clean and very pleasant. They have a biliard room where u can stay opened 24 h, and a nice children room! Breakfast good, diversified, local and international. The best what i liked - they are making very delicious homemade cakes!! We went for new year, and they organized a very nice surprise evening whit local band, roasted pork, drinks and cakes, all from their part! Congratulation for everything you are doing there! PS. I am not writing reviews in general, but for this location i must write one!!

Even there is a good restaurant 2 min walking(where u have discount), it was nice to have at least some option for some snacks.

Friendly and helpful staff: provided information we needed for the bus schedule and skiing lessons, gave us extra toiletries upon request. Cozy design of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom and shower fully functional and a comfortable bed. Hotel has a jacuzzi, 3 saunas and billiard which was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Great and hearty breakfast, wide selection of food. Would gladly come back again, one of the best hotels we stayed at.

Steam sauna did not work at the time of our stay. The other two saunas worked fine.

The staff were kind, rooms were clean, and the views of the Tatra Mountains from the rooms were beautiful.

Hotel definitely needs window screens to be installed in the windows to prevent insects and flies coming into the rooms, especially in the breakfast room. Because there were no window screens, they were landing on the food. This really disgusted me (because flies transmit bacteria and disease). The mini fridges in the room did not do their task as all the drinks in them were warm.

Large choise tasty breakfast. There is Billiard, spa (sauna, j'accusi, hammam, infrared, stay place), kid room. Spacious room. All pretty and prover, pleasant and serivable stuf. Lots of small question for the hotel (see below negative points) however, very very nice place. We loved it!

-Hamman do not work well while our journey -Fridge in room do not cooler enough (no regulator inside) -Only 2 towels for all stay, never changed in 5days (3* hotel, you have to!) - never cleaned in 5 days (reminder 3* hotel... you have to!) -we had not bathrobe (others visitors had it), maybe we should ask for it, but i think if there is free sauna in hotel, it has to be in room by default... (Reminder, 3* hotel) - 2 smal gels for all long stay ( we had to ask for it too at first night) ( reminder: it is 3* hotel, this things HAS to be reniewed every morning...) - no ashtray for cigarets on balcony ( probably there would give it if you ask, but again... Bored to run down and ask for everything) we used finally umpty bottle...

- the breakfasts was amazing 10/10 each day something new on a table ;) - the receptionists were pretty kind 10/10 - the room was spatious 9/10 - I had to ask for everything....like chair on a balcony or sheets to sauna or broken billiards sticks or everything....I always get positive outcome thanks to nice receptionist's....but somebody might get uncomfortable with that ;)

- some sour smell in the bathroom ( we tried to ventilate it for a day ...did not work) - there is a balcony but only one chair (I asked a receptionist for another and he provided one so good at the end :)) - there is a sauna but no sheets or anything! You are supposed to bring your only towel on room you have (again on a reception on my ask he game me another one) - there is nothing like water or anything in a sauna (so spa I would give 5/10) there is only 4 relaxing seats....so it might get busy ( maybe some stands for towels will solve the problem that everybody try to get some seat on a first place)

The place is exceptionally clean, modern and have all facilities for family stay. Rooms are spacious. Including tv, fridge. There is jacuzzi and sauna which is a plus. I was very impressed with the hotel.

There is just ones down pint regarding luck of serving dinners at the hotel. Although there is a restaurant located just crossing the road for singles I guess does not matter for families is a bit tricky.

Good and big room, wonderful Jacuzzi and saunas, best breakfasts, great people and service.

Lady on the reception on 22.08; not working air conditioner (was not critical as temperature overall was normal).

Lovely interior, great breakfast, helpful staff. Room was very spacious. Good location as starting point for skiing or Tatra hiking. Walking distance to restaurants nearby.
