Overall it was great, if you have kids this is the place for you! the ski, the thermal pools are on site super comfortable. the kids staff is superb, with tons of activities for the kids (movie everynight with free popcorn for example) the best hotel in the area (its a 4 star hotel so dont expect 5 star service)

So basically there were 3 things that bother us lets start with the basic internet connection is really poor (no idea but u cant even play youtube on the tv) second thing that worth mentioning is parking space, we came with a car it was impossible to find parking close to the hotel and lastly they should better control on the day pass they selling, some of the days they just over booked the thermal pools it was horrible you could barely move took forever to enjoy the basic things i would suggest they limit it better.

Not personalized enough, no offer to help or advice with transfers. Breakfast needs more English signs, as it was hard to know what they offered. Whilst trying to get an omelette, it was repeatedly incorrect due to lack of English speakers or even perhaps just a sheet of paper to show the staff what you would like. Also the thermal spa was open to everyone, which I understand but at the high price of stay, they should have a hotel guests only at some point of the day.

Large beautiful resort combines luxury hotel, thermal spa, aquapark and ski resort. You can get easily into thermal pools right from hotel area. As a hotel visitor we had unlimited access all thermal area sections. Hotel complex uses smart watch to substitute your wallet, so it is possible to leave all luxuries at room. Pools are filled with hot mineral water. There are many water attractions separated into thematic sections - no conflict between visitors who came to relax or having fun. Indoors and outdoors pools are connected with chamber. From pools is great view on Tatra mountains. Thermals are opened from 9am to 10pm, so we used them to relax after half-day hiking. We also appreciate hotel cuisine (restaurants, buffets, bars) - for that price it is a great experience. Hotel and room has natural wooden design with folk decorations. Everything comfortable, clean and calm.

Water zones are great. I liked the separate zone for hotel guests very much. Amazing breakfast. Great staff at reception. The big bed and room itself was great. So generally-great place to stay with family and have fun.

Sorry for that, but the small sofa bed was a nightmare. Maybe it was broken, but there was approximately 10cm difference between two sofas sections, so we used 4 pillows to make this bed more or less flat. We stayed for one night so we didn't ask for any other bed or room. Additional parking fee was a small surprise as well. I understand such approach somewhere in city, but not here. One more point for not-polish speaking guests. Don't try calling customer service. They speak polish only.

Amazing place, very good facilities at the hotel like the termal baths where you can easily spent hours, with restaurants and bars available without leaving the baths area. Room itself was a big surprise, photos did not look great compared to what it was in reality, great view outside. Large bathroom, very comfortable bed, all needed amenities. Welcome, fruits, drinks and chocolates. Simply amazing place, expensive but worth the money. Great breakfast options, one of best I experienced so far. Super friendly staff. Great design and atmosphere and so much more

Underground parking was little expensive 50 PLN per night, but very convenient especially in the winter. Missing single use slippers in the room. Roads around the hotel get very busy at peak times, you could spend up to an hour to drive out to the main road.

A comfortable, warm and very clean room, great breakfast, a pleasant compliment in the form of sweets and fruits. Practical watches that are both a key card and a wallet. A very important advantage is unlimited access to the Thermal Baths and the ability to reach the pools just from the room in a bathrobe

Chaos in the guest parking lot. It is indicated that you can leave the car only during check-in. In fact, the cars just stand there, because the administration does not monitor it, and the guests are too lazy to go to the underground parking lot. Because of this, we could not park to check into the hotel. A significant minus (although I understand that it cannot be fixed) is a very narrow entrance to the parking lot. A wide and large car should be driven very carefully

clean but outdated rooms, no air con in standard room, car park should be free for guests, staff at breakfast needs a lot of training - almost had to beg them to prepare lactose free omlette

it has everything you need to stay and not go out of the hotel.

it’s only has polish and Italian restaurant, and the Italian has to little variety, only 3 types of pasta, that is not Italian. also I believe the TVs are outdated, they should at least put chrome cast to be able to use Netflix or something because how am I going to se Polish Tv only I don’t understand it.

Unlimited access to Terma Bania. It really makes a difference. Selection of saunas, relax area with a pool bar, a number of pool attractions (like whirlpool). Entire hotel is pretty new, really well designed in realistic highlander style. It even has a room with top shelf PCs and VR headsets.
