All round very good value for money. The 24 hour reception desk was great and staff were considerate and respectful. The breakfast service had plenty of options, and I loved the original and interesting heavy metal theme!

Located within a 10-minute walk to the city centre and about the same distance from the central train station. Kind and helpful staff. I had a problem in my room and they quickly resolved it. Quiet at night. You can leave there your luggage after check-out.

Location: Great, right on Gdanska Street, walking distance to Old Town. Value for the money: Excellent. Very reasonable price for accomodation. Staff: Friendly, helpful, English-speaking.

Breakfast was good, offering bacon was nice. Room was comfortable although it was hot without aircon. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was good.

The room needs curtains or dark blinds. I slept poorly because the room was too light given the sun rose at 0430. I would need dark curtains installed in order to come back to Hotel Kuznia next year. There was no electric kettle in the room and I was told I could not have one in the room. It was very annoying having to go to reception to ask for hot water every time I wanted a cup of tea.

It was my inaugural visit to Bydgoszcz, and I was particularly impressed with both the hotel and the professional demeanor of the administrator, Aleksandra. She’s an incredibly gracious girl and provided invaluable recommendations on the must-visit spots in the city.

It was near to the center

There is no kettle to habe some tea or coffee if you needed specially when you are out whole day and its cold

We had to spend one night in Bydgoszcz and we knew we were going out for a lot of drinks. We just needed a bed and breakfast. This place ticked those boxes! The staff were also very friendly, even though they didn't speak much English. Not their fault, I don't speak any Polish.

It was in July. There was no air con. There were no curtains. Nothing like waking up at 5am with a hangover!
