Lovely location right by the river with free car parking.

For some reason the double bed only came with a single bed sized duvet and staff were unable to provide either a larger or additional duvet.

The location near the river was picturesque and quiet. The hotel itself is very spacious, arranged and decorated in a pleasant way. AC was quiet. The complimentary drinks in the room were satisfactory.

Single use plastic cups for keeping the toothbrushes. Not enough hooks for towels, clothes, etc. in the bathroom.

Fantastic breakfast, amazing staff, lovely vibe and quite quiet. Walked along the river into town as it was a little way out but we really enjoyed this aspect. Restaurant also wonderful. Loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings looking at the river over breakfast and a coffee. Totally worth the money.

Very large room very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed a very good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Only downside is if you want to get to town it is a bit of a walk, but it is quite a nice walk alongside river.Its an interesting building, nice to see somewhere converted to a new use rather than being knocked down and rebuilt. If I ever return to Bydgoszcz I would definitely stay there again.

Nice, clean, spacious, good transport to the city center (the tram stop is right in front of the hotel). The river is nearby

There's nothing interesting nearby, also no shops around. You probably need to take the tram each time you'd like to go anywhere (they are fast and go often though)

We loved the view, the breakfast at the terrace facing the river. The nice and helpful staff. The place is not the newest, but has lots of charm and the atmosphere is great. So highly recommended.

It was quite a walk from the centre. But thanks to that we could take some georgious walk to the city.

Everything looked overall nice. The room/bathroom - quiet, clean and cozy. The view to the outside - nice, especially in the Saturday's morning :) The breakfast si not the continental one, that's a classic so called "swedish table" and it was perfect, especially the honey, that Sunday's pure honey directly out of the honeycombs ... What a perfect breakfast it was :)

Those pillows ... They're too large :) The bed itself if fine, but not the pillows :) I've seen here some feedback related to their size and inconvenience, so I approve them :) + some minor issues according to the shower, but they're really minor ones

Breakfast was really good. Their chef is very decent, and the wine list was a little bit 'in the making' but they had very reasonable Israeli white wine.

the hotel actually charges for it. The hotel's free parking is very small so effectively you end up in the paid parking which is its extension. I would prefer parking to be simply added to the cost from the outset without confusion that it is free.

This was my first visit to Poland The hotel staffs were very kind to give me to right direction in suggesting me to take a train and more specifically which train station to get up and which statin to get dropped very detailed which greatly helped me Staff Ema was really helpful The staffs did speak English so was easily Excellent service

The food is exceptional - fresh and really tasty. Rooms are clean, everything's working as intended. Nice and helpful staff. It's conveniently located.

Wooden floors - you can hear your upstairs neighbor loud and clear, especially during the night. Parking is a bit busy during the weekends.
