Very comfortable place in the Heart of Jelena Góra downtown district. Everything was very good and the stuff was super friendly and helpful.

Nothing, but there’s a few things that could be improved. Actually only the coffee machine in the breakfast room was a bit complicated to handle and the bread that was offered wasn’t so fresh anymore but all in all it was very great variety of food and very delicious.

The hotel is very nice. We had a very large room, with double bed and seating arrangement, on the top floor. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast very nice in a very cozy area. The hotel is situated just around the historic central square in Jelenia Gora, which is gorgeous and very lively with all its different pubs and restaurants. We nicely blended in with the locals in one of the pubs.

There is nothing not to like in this hotel

The hotel is elegant, cozy and clean. It is quiet to rest and also you have a restaurant and bar downstairs although I did not used them. The breakfast was super complete and tasty. The room was super spacious with comfortable big bed, a little table, and nice furniture with everything you need. There are bottles of water, tea and a kettle available in the room. Location is the best, just few steps to stary rynek, żabka nearby. Very friendy staff. It completely exceeded my expectations!!! I absolutely reccomend!

Everything perfect

This hotel offers very spacious, beautifully decorated, and stylish rooms. The breakfast is of high quality, akin to what you'd expect in a 4-star hotel. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located right next to the main square. They also provide parking for guests, and if the parking lot is full, there's an option to use the parking facility across the street.

Good place to stay in Jelenia Góra. Directly next to the main square. The decor in the rooms is a bit eccentric, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

The breakfast has a lot of choice, but not everything is of great quality (supersweet "juice" instead of real juice, coffee is mediocre). Still okay breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the city center and a city bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful.The room was spacious and clean. The savory part of the breakfast was very rich and tasty (various cheeses, smoked meats, etc.).

Sweet breakfast only consisted of factory cookies and cakes, no fresh pastry. There was no fridge in the room.

This is a fine, old world hotel with a great deal of charm and ambience. Common areas are very well appointed. The rooms are large, nicely furnished and very comfortable. It has a wonderful bar and a good restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - located just off the main square and very quiet. Inexpensive public parking is available immediately across the street from the hotel.

We liked everything. There is no elevator but this was not an issue for us.

Possibly the best hotel you can get in Jelenia Gora. Was travelling with my mom 21-22-Apr-2022 for shopping (Galeria Sudecka is really well equipped, 9min with car). Hotel is really stylish, interiors are clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are big, and beds are one of the most comfortable I have even tried (you get 2 pillows of different sizes you can choose of). Breakfast buffet was really good, lots of food included. Best part was quality of service and local staff - very very kind, always asking if everything is ok, etc. Experience definitely worth the price.

Despite parking lot in front of hotel, it might not be always easy to park, as there are sometimes markets happening there. And elevator would be nice when travelling with older people (stairs are fine), but otherwise no problems at all.

The good-siized rooms were spotless with great decor. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of options, and the staff was attentive and went out of their way to assist as I do not speak the local language. The Hotel is also only 3 minutes from the Market square away which is one of the main attractions.

Big surprise! Small nice hotel in Jelenia Gora. Very clean and quite hotel. Amazing helpful staff. The restaurant in hotel was excellent also. Try it, you will be impressed by high quality of meal! Bear from small Poland brewery was wonderful. Wine list is well done prepared and wine from Portugal was so good! I stayed in many hotels, but if I compare this one with hotels in Germany, Baron is on the TOP! In this case I can say value for the money. Thank you!

Just one little thing - a broken credit card terminal .... I had to pay USD and the exchange rate was not quite disadvantageous.
