Amazing resort, a real paradise for kids, they will never get bored, free animated bus tours daily, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, amazing swimming pools , inflatable jumping toys and daily amusement programs. Great apartments with spacious terraces and beautiful views . Very nice staff, we loved it here and would definitely come back!

No cleaning service unless you’re staying more than 4 nights, No washing machine in the apartment Breakfast was delicious but every day it was almost the same with little variations, no croissants or muffins for example, no oatmeal porridge. The most negative thing was that the plates at the breakfast were so smelly, this happens when you clean the plates in the dishwasher but without rinsing, especially when they are dirty with fried eggs or meat. They need to rinse them well and use dishwasher deodorant. I write this review just to help improve the amazing service they offer , otherwise everything was perfect and I recommended Osada to all my friends

We liked the property, apartments were clean, beds are comfortable. I liked the fireplace in the apartment. Breakfast choice could have been better. But there is quite good restaurant on the property. Also, the nature is beautiful outside.

when we arrived, the receptionist forgot to give back my passport. throughout my stay they NEVER contacted me about the passport, nor did they send any note to the room. So I’ve left the property and only 3 days after CALLED they and they told me that they have it. I mean, the passport is my responsibility, but I expected that they AT LEAST call me!!!! or send a note…or tell something when we gave back the keys to the room. I had to drive 120km to the property and back to urgently pick up the passport because they never told me that they have my passport during my stay..

pleasant calm place, tasty food - a sufficiently large selection for breakfast, tasty and varied dinners, comfortably equipped accommodation, ideal for families with small children, not recommended for couples looking for privacy

the apartments could be better maintained - battered walls, dirty sofa, poorly functioning shower with limescale, eating in the lower hall slightly degrades the impression of the stay, although I understand that the upper restaurant does not have enough capacity

very good and cozy place. Big infrastructure with all that you need to stay with family and kids (restaurants, kids clubs, animation, pool, etc) beautiful landscape around big and comfortable apartments with a very nice view. Very handful staff.

when we just arrived our card from room was not working, but luckily girl at reception desk sent urgently a technician person to open our door and issue new card. also hitting was not working because someone switched it off and only next day it was fixed, so for the first night it was very cold to sleep. Next day it was already ok. Message to Staff, please always check such things while you are preparing rooms!

The best and comfortable hotel if you travel with kids. Good swimming pool for kids and adults (inside, outside), very silent place, very good and big kids playground, not bad food, comfortable rooms, bike rent, My family very happy. If you travel with kids, it’s best place and price also was good . We are come back . Very recommend !

All good, no negative

We loved the place. The location is good, the food as well. The saunas are amazing. We loved our balcony and living room. Each room has some instant coffee and tea bags.

What we dislike is that we didnt receive new bathroom towels and overall a cleaning of the rooms. Keep in mind that not all rooms have a great view. Not everyone from the staff speaks English.

Food was excellent. Lots of options. All staff was very nice. Reception staff very helpful. Monika the pool attendant was lovely.

The small apartments for couples had only a sofa bed which wasnt comfortable. The hotel was advertised as family friendly but allowed another guest to be naked in sauna in evening which spoiled it for others

unreliable (even high-speed 50/35Mbps) Internet connection (experienced multiple downtimes - one lasting as long as 90 mins during the day), destroyed and therefore unusable fitness training equipment in the gym (treadmills in so-so condition)

Great place overall. Location, facilitates, staff, indoor swimming pool, bike rental, open space in apartments and outside, feeling like I have lots of privacy, loads of activities and facilities for kids- all fabulous. Great relaxing atmosfere.

Sofa bed in a living room that ment to be for kids (3yr and 9 yr) to sleep in wasn't clean and not very comfortable. Only one set of lining provided for 9 yr old as little one's (up to age of 4) should be provided by parents or pay 30zł extra. Master bedroom two single beds pulled together, soft, cheep mattress and like on the living room sofa mattress protectors that doesn't hold on to mattress. Lovely bathroom but sadly the fancy shower wasn't working as intended.traditional bath and shower would do. Really missed having an oven or dishwasher.
