Wide choice of foodboth for breakfast and dinner, very delicious, kids loved the pancakes, we appreciated the fish. The room was spacious. The beach is not far. I was afraid of noise from the new buildings being erected around. Thus, I asked for a quite room and the reception gave us one which was on the opposite side. Anyway, the place was not noisy.

Parking is paid extra, however there are some free spaces in the city parking round the corner. We xisited hte hotel in the prime season, so it was a bit difficult to find empty space.

The spa and wellness area were really nice, kids enjoyed them a lot. The staff was very kind and friendly. The rooms were clean.

We like to setup of the room - spacious enough for a family of 4, with a separate sleeping section, setup of kitchenette like bar table. The hotel had a nice swimming pool, the right size for kids. Also, meals were good - quite ample portions, not too sophisticated sets, but nothing to complain about. The choice was broad and the restaurant service was nice. Our kids liked the playroom and a playground in the backyard, of course.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not quite up to 4 star standards. Although rooms are spacious, beds and bed sets are not up to that comfort standard. In general, the hotel is very modestly maintained. We were surprised that we needed to request room service and fresh towels while staying for almost a week. It happened also that the room service was not made until the late afternoon. Some repairs in the room were solved swiftly, the other ones not at all throughout our stay. Another thing is the poor management of their paid parking capacity. A guest is never guaranteed a parking space although a parking fee is charged. It can happen there is literally no space to sefely park and their parking lots are too small for family cars.

Food was nice, jacuzzi as well although a bit obsolete. Water in the swimming pool a bit cold for children.

Sofa Bed was terrible. It was as if you were sleeping on wood. Carpets were not clean. Bad odors came from shower. Parking costs 70 sloty per day extra if u want to park inside the hotel.. It is quite much. The drinks are extremely expensive too. Kids activities are close to non existent. The entertainment room in the cellar with billiard and other games were all broken, or had missing pieces etc. and u actually had to pay to use them..

Nothing. The location of the Hotel description misrepresented. The location is not a beach front as described, but 500 meters beyond woods-in the middle of a housing estate, far away from any amenities.There was a lots of building work going on, on resident flats right in from of our windows. There was no telephone in the room and as such no communication with the reception in case of a guest emergency or a fire. The reception was closed after 18.00 and the reception staff whilst they were working, both the receptionist and the manager were very rude. I would not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Old fashioned furnitures in the room as well as in the restaurant, constructions all around the hotel, no sea view, no international TV programs-only a few polish ones in a small TV, employes unable to write a bill when you leave, pool closed already at 8 pm, no heater in the room,
