Excellent location with short walk to Mikolajki, yet very away from the commercial buzz and noisy parts of town. Breakfasts were very good with a pretty large selection. Wait staff were for the most part excellent especially the afternoon and evening crew. The port captain / bosun was very helpful as we arrived on a boat and had to dock at the hotel pier. Overall a great hotel.

Only thing I can truly complain about is that something is wrong with the water pressure at the hotel. Seems the pipes in the building are old and water pressure is very weak especially during peak shower hours in the morning and also in the evening. At one point there was no water coming out of the shower head and was a bit inconvenient. Considering a nights stay here is 700-800 zloty per night management needs to fix this issue as it’s indeed a big comfort issue.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with a lake view. The room we had appeared to be newly renovated in a blue and white theme and was very cozy and spotless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was ample parking and it was free. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The indoor pool was a bit small but that's understandable as most of their business is in the summer months and they have an outdoor pool. Also, there is no elevator so that would be an issue for those that have a mobility issue.

Quite perfect! Loved the ambience, cleanliness, friendly obliging staff, lovely food, good restaurant. Location on edge of town, easy walk to centre. Easy parking. Would choose again.

Didn't know they allowed dogs in rooms, that is a bit off-putting. Was surprised there was no proper shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries - as it is a spa hotel!

Location is beyond any praise - it is simply magical. Red carpet at the entrance adds to the fun :D

We didn't get harbor view, even though all booking com photos display exclusively such view for premium category. Staff stated, that we had to request it and it was subject to availability. Sad :(

No shampoo, conditioner or body lotion even though a spa hotel, indoor swimming pool area and washing facilities are modest, outdoor pool water very cold

- location of the hotel (quiet but very close to the center) - size of the room (very spacious) - very nice bathrooms with daylight - breakfast - very good selection

- this is personal preference - but for us the beds were really soft - the swimming pool would deserve some refresh - we would appreciate the description of the food at the breakfast - at least - vegetarian/vegan (but staff is really helpful)

Exceptionally clean and fresh rooms, room was of a decent size, very good for a short stay with a small kid & doggo. In the evening, there was wedding going on, but the sound isolation proved to be splendid, no complaints

Nothing really, all seemed good. Maybe the location is a bit far from restaurants, but it's nicely located by the lake and marina.
