Best hotel in Mikołajki. We had room with the balcony and with perfect view to lake and town. Hotel room was very spacious with large bathroom. We slept well in the very comfortable and large kingsize bed. Every morning started with great buffet breakfast with wide choice of meal and we reálly appreciated local Polish food very much. Hotel Spa and Wellness are great as well. It's only a few minutes walk from Mikołajki promenade where you can find a lot of restaurants. We enjoyed every minute we spent in this hotel. We left hotel relaxed and with nice memories. We would like to thank all of the hotel staff and personel for being polite and also for their perfect services.

SPA hotel you want to return to. The place is unique, surrounded by the lake on all sides. 5-10 minutes walk to the town center. The room has a wonderful view of the lake and the town on the other side. Spacious, comfortable large beds, spacious bathroom. Food - the choice of breakfast is really varied and delicious. The food in the restaurant is tasty and beautifully served, the prices are higher than the average in Poland. Great views of the lake. Swimming pool, saunas and SPA - unlimited time, two jacuzzis, a selection of saunas. Paid parking is convenient. The residential building is separated and accessed via a long glass corridor. Bowling is fun.

The water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. The room had a lot of hair on the carpet (uncleanliness). In the restaurant too cool (should be warmer)

Great location, beatiful views from balcony. I wanted to stay in this hotel after seeing pictures years ago, but it was never on my way. As soon, as I walked in the room, I knew, I wanted to stay longer than 1 night and in total stayed 3 nights. Good breakfast with good choice of food. I used swimming pool and jacuzzi every day.

Breakfast a bit late starting from 8.00am, gym and pool also open a bit late from 9.00am. No option to exercise or swim before breakfast.

We liked ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about the hotel. To begin with, the communication with the staff from the moment of reservation to the end of our stay was fluent and so nice! They fulfilled all of our wishes 😌 The hotel is in a such a beautiful place and it’s really worth to take a room with a lake view. Our room was super spacious and had everything we could imagine. Breakfast is really superb! Lot of choices and very very delicious 😍 Also this hotel has a lot of facilities: from the pool and kids room to wonderful terraces and beautiful restaurants. Oh, and a welcome bottle of wine at our room was such a lovely surprise which stole our hearts 🥰

Maybe it is a bit pricey, but worth every euro.

Marvelous views from the balcony, great variety of breakfast, spacious rooms, unique surroundings as hotel is located literally on the lake! I was pleasantly surprised with attention to details, like welcome message on TV, ability to check the bill on TV and etc. Staff is friendly and polite, very nice. Unfortunately I could not explore all the possibilities this hotel have to offer during my short stay like naked sauna only for adults, bowling... Anyway I left this hotel with desire to return.

Spa and pool zone works till 21h and we came about 20:00, so it was 1h left but there was no lights in kids zone and overall lighting was very poor. I was not able to find how to turn on the lights and there was no personnel around to help. Inside our room was very hot somewhat, but this just a minor thing.

Breakfast was good with large variety. Staff were very polite and helpful. Did not eat dinner in the restaurant. It was overpriced and not a great variety. Location was great with restaurants in the area were close within 5 min walking distance. The room and view was excellent. Swimming pools were excellent. Overall very happy

Adjacent to the lake, the view is great and quiet. There was an omelette baking service for breakfast, which was quite tasty.

The telephone receptionist is not good at English. When I called, the receptionist said your reservation was yesterday. I had another staff member take my call and confirm it for me, and I was right.

Front desk very helpful with all information needed. Breakfast was wonderful always left satisfied. The scenery very beautiful plus the view from the room. Restaurant was reasonably priced and good selection. The bed was comphy, and good shower water pressure.

Pool hours starts at 9am, should open by 6 if not 7. People with eurly start like a good swim. Hot tub not hot, somewhat warm. Multiple attempts to the night club, no staff present for cocktails. No cigar lounge no smoking/whiskey room. After 2300 no food drink options available on site. 24hr notice if you want room service.

I liked the location and that the pool and breakfast was included with the room.

That I had no option to switch the tv to HDMI… had a computer with me so wanted to see movies from my computer to TV. I partly choosed the Tower suite because it had a kitchen and me and my partner wanted to make a meal together, but it suprised me on how little it had. The kitchen didn’t have a sharp knife, and quite poor kitchen cutleries, no microwave and no oven…

The rooms were big enough, clean and comfortable. Big Terace with stunning view. Saunas area is quiet and clean.

The staff doesnt speak englishor if does very minimal, therefore communication was comliplicated. The hotel doesn’t have its own accsess to the beach, only public and pool area is very crowded and small, the terrace has no shadow, no umbrellas.
