I liked the room, bed and bathroom and the cleanliness overall. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was limited. I was missing more healthy yoghurt selections and cereals and a better selection of freshly baked bread. Vegetables were stale and the fruit selection rather sparse. The bathroom could have better lighting for make-up.

The room was really comfortable. We came in the middle of a heatwave so we definitelly appreciated the air condition. Plus there were trees and roof overlap blocking the direct sunlight. Free parking underground is again a great bonus. We loved the enormous breakfast. Hotel is located nearby shopping mall and few minutes walking distance from city center. Personel did everything to make sure we will enjoy our stay at the hotel. And we really did.

Delightful ambience, nicely decorated and centrally located. The reception staff were extremely polite and very helpful… the gym is simple but well equipped while the bowling was also fun! Our little family had a delightful stay and enjoyed the hotel and the city zoo immensely!

An amazing breakfast as usual. Carpark at the hotel. Location in the heart of beautiful Opole. Very clean room. Privacy. Quick service at check in and out. Friendly and helpful staff and great bar service.

The fact that hotel reception was re-arranged which was very confusing. Reception should be at the entry to hotel and not on different floor. I got lost several times.

Everything was excellent: facilities, new furniture, clean rooms, design, food and atmosphere. There’s a big bowling downstairs.

Wonderful hotel, excellent location, polite staff and very varied and tasty breakfasts. By the way, the dinner was also delicious, the dishes are exquisite and at the same time delicious home-style. We had dinner in the city center, but the hotel restaurant was tastier. Cleaning at your request at least every day)

I loved the location and parking facilities, room clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast, cosy yet classy restaurant/ breakfast area, can't fault it, really. Very friendly receptionist, everything was ready for me with double bed as requested.

There was a small issue with the curtain in my room, which wouldn't fully close but I managed to resolve this without hotels help so all good.

Interior, room size, small chocolates in the room and location. Good breakfast.

Noisy rooms on the 1st floor because of the bowling in the building. It works till 11pm, so if your are super noise sensitive - it could be a problem.

The lady at the reception was quite collaborative which facilitated our stay at the hotel as we've checked in at 4 am. Equivalently, the room and their furnitures were quite on point. The bed were not really soft, which personnaly I prefer them that way.

Nothing particular, only the variety of options during the breakfast was relatively weak as they were multiple types of salad and less main dishes. Apart from that it was good.
