There are 2 sections of Weneda hotel: the older one and the new one. I first saw a room in the old section, and it was OK, but not wow. I subsequently viewed a room in the new section (same price!), and it was WOW across the board. The new section has the most beautiful smell I have ever smelled indoors - a beautiful, mysterious fragrance (perfume, not just "newness") which I have to ask Weneda about. The room was AMAZING, probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Proper, solid, international standard, 3-star: the room was really spacious, and the bathroom was nothing sort of lush. I loved that bathroom, I spent hours luxuriating in there. Speaking of luxuriating, there is the spa (included in the price), which is AWESOME: four different saunas, plus a small pool and a massive jacuzzi. I had a geat time in there.

Friendly and helpful staff (reception staff speak English), tastefully decorated room, air conditioning, nice view, and close to shops and public transport.

This did not affect my rating of the hotel, but the wifi connection was poor and slow, as is the case in most hotels. While the overall speed is great (reception staff reported 600 Mb/s), the speed in the room was closer to 2-10 Mb/s. Not suitable for work meetings. The bed wasn't very comfortable (bit worn out in some spots).

Loved the spacious room and the amenities were above satisfactory. The staff was really helpful and overall the experience with the hotel has always been the best one! Can't wait to visit again!

The only thing I did not expect was poor WiFi, i had an important meeting to go through but there was a very weak internet connection.

Good value for money. Comfortable beds, good and tasty breakfast options.

Lack of designated parking area; when we arrived there were no spots close by. Later we got lucky when a spot across the street became available.

The place looks really nice, there is a few things needed but overall it is great value for your money, Olga and Galyna were so amazing, both were so professional and hard working, they both did so much and handle the problems very well, I saw them running in reception, rooms and the breakfast, that’s a lot to do, Thank You so much will definitely come again

I ordered 1 large bed and I was given 2 beds together but Galyna new how to solve this problem, Olga was super patient and she was there trying even when she didn’t speak good English, she was there trying her best, another thing I didn’t like it was the pillows, the shower and the lift was super dark, please repair the lights in the lift.

Perfect location, few minutes walk from the city centre, train and bus stations. Highly recommended for city break. Clean, well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful.

The SPA was closed, however I was notified about it close to my stay, so it did not bother me that much.

We were there only for two nights but i was really surprised by this place. Looks like everything was in place: pool, restaurant. Very confortable rooms with street view. Tasty breakfast.

Only TVN group channels in TV (polish brand), some of staff was unable to speak polish and/or english so was hard to communicate. A little distanced from Opole's city centre.

We spend a great weekend here. The beds were comfortable and overall the hotel is clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The spa facilities are nice, you have 4 saunas to choose from. All out of additional charge. I can recommend this place.

Not much, but if you have any eating issues, you need to let the reception know beforehand. Otherwise the restaurant will give you default version of breakfast.

The rooms very big, nice and comfortable! In the price was also included the small swimming pool and the spa area. Excellent staff! The city center was around 20 minutes walking from the hotel.

I wished we had direct access to the spa. we had to walk in our wet towels across the lobby and restaurant to get to the lift that provided access to our room. bath robes would have helped but there weren’t any in the room.
