We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a short stay at Rybnik - we got offered a clean room with comfy beds, free wifi and free parking. Coming back in the middle of the night from a concert, we were able to buy chilled drinks thanks to a 24/7 reception, friendly staff included.

Please note when travelling in summer time that there is no a/c inside the room. We were lucky as temperature droped the day we arrived. A fan inside the room would be helpful and an improvement.

This stay was much more comfortable than the previous one in November, when the hotel was very noisy. This time it was very quiet. The heating was broken when I arrive, but I was given an electric heater, so the room was nicely warm. The room was clean, and especially bathroom was very clean. Breakfast included in price was very OK.

The string in the window shade was broken and I had to climb the chair every time I wanted to get it up or down.

the location was good, the bad was comfortable.

the shower doors was broken, we couldn’t closed it. bathroom ventilator sounded like it is about to die. there were only two towels. no towels for hand or foot. and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable.

This is the old building (sports hotel), but it was renovated. The place was very clean, especially the room. The staff was extremely nice and supportive, There was heating and hot shower that worked, also the water pressure was very good. The room itself was spacious enough for one person, with place for a suitcase and a wardrobe. The location is quiet, and the city market is 20 minutes by foot or two bus stops; there is a bus stop nearby the hotel. There is big Carrefour nearby. The breakfast was quite ok.

The walls are very thin, so I could hear people talking and coughing from behind one wall and talking and snoring from behind the other wall. Also, there were some Ukraine refugee families living in the hotel, so there were children running and shouting in the corridors all the time and people staying in the rooms all the time. Thanks to that, the comfort of stay in the hotel was pretty much non-existent, and apart from the earplugs I had to use sleeping pills every night. Also, no lift; fortunately, there's only one upper floor.

This hotel is focused on transit travelers who travel from the Baltic States and Poland by car to the Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, etc. It is located far from the center, in a quiet place, near a lake. There is a Carrefour supermarket not far from the hotel. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom equipment is in good condition.

The room is very cramped, very poor breakfast, disgusting WiFi.

I liked staff. They were friendly.

Room smells bad. Carpet is burned by cigarettes. Shower , furniture, window shutter needs fixing. Finally pillow is the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever seen.
