The Hotel is located next to a busy road - it's reasonably quiet inside if the windows are closed. If you're a fan of fresh air, you will notice the noise. Other than that, all was good. The food is tasty with generous portions and value for money. The staff is excellent and supportive, I was firmly satisfied with the customer experience.

I had a restless night due to a group of corporate clients going rouge in the corridors until 2:00 am. No fault of the staff or the hotel there - indeed the ladies did their best to pacify those ppl - just annoying to experience in an otherwise nice environment.

Very neat hotel and nicely located next to a park, big rooms, good kitchen and effective wifi! I got a very good deal on booking.com for a room with breakfast, and am very happy about this choice! Convenient parking facilities in the courtyard, peaceful and quiet room. Nice breakfast. I can recommend the local mushroom soup Suwalska zupa in the restaurant - one of the best mushroom soups I’ve had! Definitely recommend this hotel as good value for money!

For a 3-star hotel I don’t have anything to complain about

I was probably lucky because I stayed during the middle of winter during the ongoing pandemic, when the there was plenty of availability, so I was given the nice large room at the front with the balcony. Unlike many hotels of its kind, the restaurant was open all day and well into the evening, so I was also able to eat in the hotel without having to find somewhere open in the cold on a Sunday afternoon. The woman working on reception also spoke English, which was extremely helpful when I needed to order food from a Polish-only menu to a waitress who didn't speak English.

The breakfast can always be better in hotels like these, although it wasn't that bad. The coffee machine on the other hand was a disaster, and was incapable of serving black coffee. If you don't like milk in your coffee, I recommended waiting for the milk to finish pouring and then place the cup under the spout. The other thing that I didn't like was the very long walk to the hotel from the train station, although you can hardly blame the hotel for that.

Very clean, excellent location beside a lovely riverside path. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and generous.

Seemed to have been a mistake with Booking, since they no longer allow pets. But the lady was kind and let us in with our under 5 kg Havanese. Said she had had very bad experiences with pets in the past.

Awesome place, everything was comfortable, cozy. Big room, have everything necessary, coffee, water, fridge. Free parking, included big breakfast, lots of choices. Staff is polite. Thank you.

Excellent breakfast, spotlessly clean room, good location on the main street and near the park and the lake.

As the hotel is on the main street, soundproofing (especially if staying on the 3rd floor with roof windows) is below average. Could also hear the neighbours very well.

Staff was very helpfull. Very nice and comfy room. Car parking very safe,they are closing gate on night time. Very nice, delicious brekfast. I recommend everyone to stay.

Proper hotel with full reception. Large room with chairs and a desk. My room was at the back, away from the busy road. Good WiFi. Great breakfast choice included. By a peaceful park with a river.

Location not ideal for railway station.

Balcony, parking. The swimming place of the lake is very close. Elevator!
