The hotel holds a nice surprise as within there is quite a Zoo! Dining area and childrens corner are also very nice.

Only one thing - there was no AC and it was simply too warm during night to get a sleep. The windows can't be opened wide for safety reasons. If there would be AC this would be one of my best stays with family ever.

Not fluently Eglish speaking but very friendly and pleasant receptionists, good breakfast and chwerful woman working at breakfast, mini zoo (I wish the animals had more space).

Somebody started to work in hotel territory about 7am and it was a little bit noisy

Clean premisses, very nice Hotel.

Wedding Party in the Hotel, we were not informed in advance and had an Argument with Staff about silent time 22-7. In the end Staff had no other options, so we tried to get some sleep... We asked about Refund, but Hotel declined it, because they reffered that Booking.com is at fault not informing about Wedding Party. So we are asking about Refund to you, Booking.com. Please contact us about details.

It was a great breackfast and a gorgeous garden with a lot facilities for kids. We loved the little zoo.

There was a dog poo in our room and there were no spoons. The restaurant was closed in the evening and there was no restaurant arround suitable to dine in with kids.

The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. There was a very comforting atmosphere. It was very affordable. There were a lot of space for parking.

They almost didn't know any english, so it was very hard to communicate with them. The bed was hard and lumpy. The food served at dinner time wasn't any better than a below average grill joint. The shower head was very dirty. The wifi almost didn't reach my room.

The breakfast was good. They had had a wedding the night before and I think some of the breakfast was from that - though that was a bonus as they had cabbage rolls for breakfast which my husband loves! There was plenty of food and coffee available.

I thought with this being a conference hotel that the reception area would speak English but they did not, so there was a lot of sign language. There was only a very small amount of toilet paper in the room and no extra roll so I had to go ask the front desk to provide some. The shower was very small but water pressure was great. There is an elevator but only from the reception desk, not from lower level where you park, so you have to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs to get to the lift. We reserved a room with one large bed and got that confirmed through Booking but when we arrived we were given two twin beds. So we had to go to reception and get the point across that we had one bed confirmed. They did move us to a room with one bed. No air conditioning but I believe that was disclosed in the property description.
