Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. English language skills of staff was good. Breakfast was nice. Place was clean, comfy and nice decor. Beds were a little bit soft but fine. Shower gels smelled nice, sound proofing was good and the self check out worked very well and was convenient and fast! Location is good as very close to the central square and the restaurant downstairs was also nice. The free coffee and tea is also great - I would stay here again.

One very minor point - maybe the stairs could be made for going upstairs too? I did not realize the doors to the stairs only open from one side and therefore you can only exit on the ground floor (and therefore can only use the stairs to go downstairs). I saw others getting stuck in the stairwell too. But again this is not a big deal.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous, staff, location, facilities, the bed was super comfy, and the added bonus of a free coffee machine in the lobby☕😍 staff are so helpful, and happy to help in any way they can.... We had an early flight, and arrived at the hotel by 11am....we asked if we could leave our bags, and we'd come back later.... But they checked, and our room was ready, and allowed us in😍! There is a beautiful outside area where you can have drinks😁 this is our second stay here, and can't see a reason not to stay here next time, just perfect, what a gem!

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly, our 2yo son was even offered a toy (small dog) which he still has amd takes everywhere on holidays. The breakfast was very nice and with a lot of choice. The outdoor terrace was quiet, and the room was larger than expected. The location was within meters of the city centre and close to the tram. Highly recommended the place and we surely will come back!

The DJ set went past 11pm one night, which was not the best as we were sleeping above the terrace and waking up early the next morning.

Breakfasts were great! Apart from the table with bread and juices. When cutting the bread all the juices were dancing as if they were about to drop from the table. In any case, high quality breakfast and strong good coffee! The hotel is near the city centre which made it easy to move around.

Price for parking is.... Interesting especially taking into account fact that we had to park outside on a nearby parking lot where the one just outside hotel was at least 20 zł cheaper per night than the ones offered by the hotel. Room was tiny but it had everything we needed for the stay

The staff was very friendly and promptly sorted most of our questions and issues (i.e., missing slippers or changing to hypoallergenic pillows). It is one of the very few places that take pet-friendliness to a whole new level. Pets are welcome and no extra charge and are allowed anywhere in the hotel.

Slippers were not in the room. This was rectified promptly. The iPad controlling the room is a neat idea, but we were missing a phone. So for all questions etc. we had to walk to the reception. This could be sorted fairly easily via messenger on the iPad in the room.

Modern, stylish stay close to the Old Town in Poznan. We booked the basic room, which was quite small but very comfortable - wonderfully comfortable beds, soundproof walls, and a nice view out of the large window. We also enjoyed spending time in the common area in the lobby, which is designed for lounging on the large comfortable couches, wide large windows looking out to the terrace, and an all-you-can-drink coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine - which is a nice perk! Makes up for the small room, which is not so comfortable for spending time in other than sleeping

Some small things felt like they were missing in the room, like a bathmat (we used a hand towel), and tea/coffee equipment (though these can be taken from the lobby). It would have also been nice to have additional water in the fridge beyond just the two bottles, as the tap water is not so pleasant to drink. For the price, these small extra touches would've made the experience more complete.

Great location close to city centre, beds are so comfortable (squishy pillows but can be changed to hard), well-insulated rooms: quiet, nice TV, powerful shower, super modern bathroom, nice that there's free coffee and tea downstairs at all times, friendly staff. Would visit again!

Breakfast is on the expensive side, bathroom has glass walls and not proper walls but there is a curtain that separates the bathroom section from the bedroom section (in a standard double-bed room)

1. Problem finding a place to park a car. But this is understandable taking into account how close to the center it is. 2. Bathrooms have only glass wall separating it from the room. Someone forgot that people want to have a little privacy in the toilet.

I always love staying at PURO Hotels, it's an experience in itself. Even if the city disappoints - and Poznań, being a massive construction site, did disappoint - PURO never does. I especially loved the terrace and of course the bed was the absolute comfiest.

Just a tiny detail but - unlike other PURO hotels - this one doesn't have chromecast or any other way of connecting your streaming app to the screen. We wasted about an hour trying to log in through the browser via TV but to no avail. Also, on the day when we arrived there was a sort of an indoor market for artisanal kid products in the foyer and it was absolute mayhem. Personally I'm not sure this is the right venue for these kinds of events. The place was bursting at the seams and kids were running around unsupervised and yelling - I would have liked to have a cup of coffee in the common area but it was not possible.

This was our first time staying in a hotel. I was impressed with the comfort of the lobby, where we could chill with a coffee or tea. I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

A little uncomfortable because of the glass partition in the shower/toilet. No bathrobes, no slippers in the room (for the price it could have been added to the room).
