Sure, it is a beautiful hotel.. that is it.

This hotel is a scam: reasonable price for a room, but they force you (force you!!! Like very unpleasant), to pay for a parking even if you refuse to park. And price for a parking is a half price of your room!!!!!! Very unpleasant experience. At some point I felt like calling police, when they told me they won’t even give me a key for my room if I won’t pay for a parking space.

Manadatory parking fee of 150pln/30eur per day is a bit ridiculous

- Perfect breakfast, - polite stuff, - big sunny apartment, - very good location, - animation for children.

- Check in is from 4pm and we were waiting one more hour for apartment to be ready and clean, - parking is not included in total price

Beautiful architecture, spacious apartman, a lot of leisure activities like several types of saunas, swimming pool, bowling or billiard. It feels like being at home.

personal was detached for a luxury resort, overpriced drinks in addition for poor quality in the game room. We were said by the reception that we cannot pay or book a breakfast seat in advance but when we arrived to the brekfast there was a list available for other hotel guests. We did not understand why we had to pay brekfasts, dinners, drinks or any leisure activities in advance. Why they couldn't put it on the hotel bill so we could pay it all on departure. It was a bit annoying.

Great location - suitable for those who travel by bus or train. Fabulous hotel territory, truly magical and unique. We were really impressed by the details and effort put into this place- ponds, streams, forged dragons, stone statues, wooden elevators... Lots of attractions to see in the area - The Death Curve, Golden View, waterfalls, etc. We enjoyed our clean and thoughtfully equipped apartment (except for the absence of a bathing set), with blackout shades that help you get good sleep. When we arrived, our place was cold, so we went to reception and asked to fix this, which was done almost immediately, and the rest of the stay we didn't experience any inconveniences. Great isolation - we didn't hear our neighbors or outside noises at all. Nice entertainment area in the main building with affordable prices to play bowling and billiard. We would love to come back here one day.

The wellness and pool areas were too crowded, which made it hard to relax (kids yelling and splashing). Some underwater massagers were broken. Besides, locker rooms are tiny and poorly designed. Bath accessories are not provided in the apartment (no shampoo, shower gel, or body lotion). Inconvenient check-in hour (4 p.m. is too late)

The apartments are very well equipped, we loved the decor. The beds and sofabed were very comfortable. We loved the idea of a possibility to have lunch / dinner onsite. All the food was very tasty, very good choice for both breakfast (included) and dinner (at an extra, reasonable charge). We used the swimming pool, kids liked it and they loved the indoor playarea. Very good choice for families with young children.

The fee for parking - 100zl is a bit pricey in my opinion.

Many things to do. Especially for kids. we didn’t have kids kids, but we enjoyed too. the apartments and facility as a whole is very beutiful and tasteful. The viking club is really fun and the food is nice. They don’t use much spices so I guess it is really appropriate rather for kids. We loved the wellness. Absolutely a must go!

Maybe it was just a shame the check in is too late. As we didnt arrive by car, and I wasn’t feeling well that day we had no choice but to go out for the whole day and somehow survive until 16:00. We would appreciate an early check in possibility even if it would be for extra charge.

Great hotel for families with kids. Nice clean rooms, nice staff and good spa even if its small and crowded (if you catch a good time during lunch time then its almost empty).

The restaurant buffet is too expensive for the provided quality. There are fine dining restaurants in the city center which are considerably cheaper and the food is better. Hope to see it changed next time when will book again.

The place is amazing, very beautiful, modern and clean. Super friendly staff and very professional. The breakfast was super rich and plenty of choices. Apartments are spacious and have everything you need from the kettle, microwave, iron&board, glasses, spare towels and cosmetics
