The beauty of the grounds here is wonderful. The staff was exceptional in all areas. We especially appreciated the housekeeping staff. The rest of the staff were also so friendly kind. The bar tenders are talented in presentation and the creation all of their drinks and were very helpful with all of our questions about local drinks. It is a very easy walk through a beautifully kept park to Old Town Torun. The breakfast was beyond anything we could imagine. Many different offerings in several locations. Local foods, international foods, several fresh vegetable and fruit choices. The friendly staff kept things clean and comfortable at all times. The in-house beauty salon is run by exceptional beauticians Exceptional for groups, and very comfortable for individuals. Wonderful all around.

Good room size , with nice view of the river and hotel grounds .excellent breakfast with superb range of food for all tastes .

At check in we should have been offered a complimentary glass of wine but had to ask for it and then had to explain the offer to staff at the desk .If you are going to make an offer of a complimentary drink ,it would be nice to be offered it at check in . The bed was a great size and comfortable but the duvet was too small for the bed so we ended up fighting for the duvet during the night .Car parking is an expensive extra .

this is my third time at the Copernicus and I’ve already booked again for next year. love the restaurant, the pool and the facilities.

the bed is very comfortable however the pillows and bedding is very poor. I did ask for firmer pillows and the hotel supplied a good selection however, the bedding is a very important part of any stay in any hotel. if others have mentioned the same then the hotel should look to improve.

Breakfast was excellent! very varied and inclusive choices,there was plenty of everything whether you wanted hot or cold and lots of beverage choices too

For a hotel, we found the bar shut relatively early, usually hotel bars remain open later for guests

Very big room. Comfortable big bed. Few minutes walk to the old town. Nice leisure area with swimming pool and 3 different types of sauna. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Nice staff.

There was no tissues in the room, no hair conditioner, just shampoo which was also a body wash, no body lotion. I'd expect these things to be available in a 4 start hotel. Low pressure in the shower.

We liked the location which meant that we were able to walk everywhere. It was great to sit in the bar for dinner. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

We didn't have any milk in the room for tea etc.

Breakfast was good, although the hotel was very busy at the time, so the restaurant was packed. We noticed that while not eating, most people didn't have their masks on. Generally only the staff had masks on in the hotel and it seemed that the guests did not :( The pool was nice, we went before breakfast and it was quiet. Everything in the room was ok.

The only thing that I can think of is that the duvet was a little too small for the size of the bed. Apart from that, everything was ok. Quite expensive but I believe that everything is more expensive there days, especially hotel stays.

Breakfast was uniformly excellent. First rate selection, high quality food.

No pad, pen or Kleenex in the room. Exercise facility oddly located in garage, with too much exposure to auto exhaust.

Breakfast was exceptional. Exceeded our expectations. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Pillows could have been better. It is the only tiny little change I would suggest.
