Clean room with a Comfortable bed, good breakfast and pleasant staff/ receptionists.

Air con didn’t seem to be working, tv was not a smart tv so couldn’t connect to netflix and only polish channels available. Didn’t feel very secure as anyone could access the building. They did have a security guard however when we came down at 2am, he was found fast asleep in the chair and he didn’t realise we were there which didn’t give us much faith in the security of the building.

Our room, which looked exactly as it was pictured on the site had plenty of space, a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The window was large so there was plenty of natural light, but it was also possible to make the room completely dark with the curtains, and although the hotel is situated next to a busy road with lots of traffic, we couldn't hear any of it with the window closed, so nothing got in the way of sleep. Breakfast was varied and delicious and the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel has a lots of parking spaces around it and bus stops in just a couple of minutes of walking time, so the inner parts of the city can be easily reached as well. All in all, our stay was a very positive experience and we can definitely recommend the hotel.

I can't really say anything negative regarding the hotel itself, but would just like to point out as a heads-up that if you want to move around the city with public transport from here, it is useful to plan ahead, as the hotel is a bit far off from the city center and getting to these parts does take at least a 20-30 minute bus ride depending on the destination. However, buses come pretty frequently even at night, so this is not a huge issue.

room had a lovely setting and super clean. Everything was new and looks like they are taking care of the property. Rooms had all the things that was described in the listing.

I know I booked for twin room but later asked hotel to change to double room and they said it was assigned to me. When me and my partner arrived we had a twin room but couldn't change the room because the Taylor Swift's concert began and we needed to be hurry up, so we just accepted. I understand that the hotel that day was fully booked, but this detail made me sad.

The night receptionist was great, beds and bathroom were top quality and very clean. For us, the location was perfect since we came from a party very close by.

We didn't realise we had an east facing room until the blistering sunrise broke through the curtains at 3.30 am. Sleeping after that was impossible. The breakfast staff obviously felt too good for that job: they were not taking care of the breakfast area, clearing plates or refilling dishes. There was some weirdo behind the reception desk in the morning who was laughing at all the guests ?!

They have amazing options in restaurant menu. I have some allergies, so chef changed for me some ingredients.

Some staff didn't understand English very well and spoke to me in Russian. I am flexible in languages, so if I have the opportunity to speak my native language, which is Ukrainian, or English, which is international language, I prefer choose one go them. In addition, I always can use Google Translate to understand other persons.

Everything was really nice and a quiet place. Comfy beds with nice topper, imaculate cleaning, free water (PLANE one AND BUBBLES too), tea, fridge, I had everything I needed. Everything for a really good price. Truly satisfied. Thx for everything 🙏🏼

This hotel is excellent. The room was very nice and big, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was good. I will definately stay here again when I come back to Warsaw.

electric water heater should be change ... they fixed for me but quality of them is very bad , next time I want to see new and good quality of electronic water heater like Philips or other good brands.

Nice ,spacious room,tasty food in the hotel restaurant.

The door in the room between our room and room next to us. We could hear all the noise from next room. The guests were very noisy at 3 am. Also location is not nice, is by the high street and far from the center.

The rooms are modern, which makes them comfy to stay in. We've stayed 3 times at this hotel and will definitely come back.

The staff is not always aware of the details of your booking (may confuse your key or ask you to pay more although it's already been paid for). Breakfasts are good, but the timing is slightly weird – from 6 to 10. And you need to come early to have a wider choice.
