The receptionist people were always extremely nice and helpful. Every single one of them that I spoke to, I had a great experience with them. They definitely are trained well. I actually liked this hotel so much, I decided to stay there again on my way back from my trip. I went outside the city after I arrived in Poland and decided that this hotel was really good, so I chose to book another night there before departing the country. It's in a pretty good location. Very easy to catch any bus from there. Bolt taxis are also easy to get from there. It's relatively close to everything. It's a good place for solo travelers too. I was alone and felt very safe in the neighborhood and the hotel.

I wish the breakfast had more fruit and "healthy options." If you are vegan or vegetarian, there were very few breakfast options. Also, make sure to ask the staff where things are around the city before venturing off. It took me some time to realize "where I was" in the vicinity of Warsaw because of the location of the hotel. It's by a major highway.

I recently stayed at Ibis Budget in Warsaw, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any questions or concerns I had. What impressed me the most was their ability to communicate in many languages, making it easy for international guests to feel welcome and understood. The hotel's location is another highlight. It’s conveniently situated near public transport, making it easy to explore the city even by foot. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Budget Warsaw for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and friendly place to stay in the city!

The property has excellent profile versus the rate. Breakfast is nice. Yet I recommend to have fried or scrambled eggs. City center is accessible by public transport where the station is located 5 minutes away. Also, very easy access to the river side with all the happening places. I would like to highlight the lady at the reception who checked us in (apologies cant recall the name, a very friendly girl with tattoo on her hand). The bed is comfortable, the shower is spacious yet the water pressure is low. Nice interior room decoration and nice hotel concept with great cleanliness.

Shower pressure is low. Toilet ventilation issue.

We especially liked the room. It consisted of a large bed, which was really comfortable. The sink was outside of the bathroom, but this was not a problem at all. The shower was very clean, as well as the toilet. The room itself was organized quite nice. It included everything that we needed, and as an extra we had a small desk which was useful. Overall a very nice hotel!

The only thing that was not that perfect was the location. For us, two students who were on a citytrip this wasn't a problem at all. But if you are staying for a longer period it might be nice to have a better view!

Hotel is in good location. There is a good grren area there. About 25 minites to the Old Warsaw. Lots of restaurants on the way to the Old Town and amazing library. You need keep in mind that it's a star hotel so do not expect smth extraodinary. The staff is very friendly. However, they messed our breakfast boxes and prepared two with hams. We checked only at the airport. The paper on them said that one was with cheese but both were with ham and my colleague couldn't eat it.

I told them about the invoice. But they forgot provide us with invoice. Also, my bad as I didn't check if there was a hairdryer in the room. Unfortunatelly, there wasn't a haitdryer. The coffee isn't free and there weren't bottles of water. But that isn't minus. Just it was my first time to stay in 1 star hotel. I thought all Ibises have the same. So, it was my mistake not the hotel. If you need to stay for one night that's a great place.

For a "budget" hotel, this Ibis exceeded my expectations. Spotlessly clean, sufficiently large rooms, comfortable beds, plentiful hot water, good wifi, and plentiful and varied breakfast. Our room was quiet, despite the hotel being situated beside a major highway. Booked our stay because it's a few minutes' walk to the COS concert/sports venue, and very happy to have done so. I may well choose to stay again when back in Warsaw. Incidentally, there are 2 Ibises side by side at this location. The other one has a good restaurant that prides itself on pairings with Polish wines (who knew PL has vineyards?) and I recommend it for a meal instead of food delivery. Prices are very reasonable.

Taking a shower means risking flooding the bathroom as the sill separating the shower stall from the rest of the bathroom floor is only 3 or 4 mm high. That's really absurd. But in the circumstances, fixing this is unlikely, so I recommend a floor squeegee in every room. If the water would reach the bedroom, it would be even more problematic. That the bottom of the bathroom doorframe clearly has wet-rot demonstrates that this is not solely something I caused. Second, I suggest a few more coathooks in each room. Yes, there are hangers and 2 hooks (on the mirror), but a couple more would be helpful.

this hotel is well placed for someone that comes for the first time in Warsaw. Close stadium to enjoy the crowd for legia game and national team, 30 min by foot on a straight line for bars in center and bars close to the river. commodities very close, Carrefour express and Biedronka. big + : the staff is young, very nice and speaks english

This hotel is perfect for what i need, i come often but this time i had the weird feeling that my sheet were not cleaned correctly and kinda smells like another person has slept in my bed.

Despite the disadvantages of the room, the staff is very friendly and speaks excellent english compared to others who do not speak at all. I believe it's not for a long stay, but perhaps it can be used for a couple of days if booked in advance for a cheaper price.

The room reminds me of ship cabins. Very small, just a few things provided. Not very cosy. The word "budget" in its name must be taken seriously. Personally, for a room like that, I believe the price is a little high. (Taking into consideration I booked it a few weeks before the stay)

Everything was great! My mother and I were met by a very handsome and kind guy with red and black hair at the reception❤️🖤 who smiled and warmly helped us check in:) The staff speaks both Polish and English. Very beautiful room, good shower and toilet, comfortable bed, large window and very beautiful room lighting. The breakfasts are very tasty, you can buy coffee or tea at any time and sit in the lobby. The atmosphere is great, I really liked everything, I recommend this hotel🥰💛

We had a triple room and it was more spacious than we were expecting, so that's a big plus. The room is very basic (as expected as well) but it would help tons if it had a boiler on it. Breakfast was good and worth paying for. Location is convenient if you don't mind catching a bus to the main tourist attractions.

The room didnt have a boiler
