Platinum Hotel&Residence Wilanów

I needed a stay in Wilanow so the location was the top prio for me. I didn't expect much from the hotel but this one was new, clean, friendly staff so I would say it exceeded my expectations. I would recommend those hotel for those planning a short stay in Wilanow.

I would say breakfast may have more choice. In my opinion it was a bit limited so it can be improved. But it had all the basics you need for the morning, so don't get me wrong here. ) Other than that I don't find anything I didn't like.

Modern Hotel, nice and clean, very comfortable bed, lamps and sockets near bed, very nice bathroom and lovely shower gel, water , kettle, coffe, tea , TV with good choices of chanels, telephone , free WiFi, safe box and mini fridge, clean bed linen and towels, nice staff

The cleaner tried to get in to my room from 9 am few times , finally she nocked and asked when I'm leaving, I informed her that will be before 12 midday as it was my check out day, she was nice and polite but would be nice not to rush guest to leave before 12 as agreed. The room was too hot I decreased the radiator from 3 to 1, as I couldn't switch off completely

Both times at the reception desk the staff answered in Polish when I spoke English to them, a bit strange

They finally increased the temperature of the air conditioners and the room was not so cool to sleep in.

Sometimes the staff looks like I owe them money.

Location is good for airport and price. And I did early check-in! From 9 a.m. , they quickly prepared the room! It's was great 👍

Breakfast I don't like. I pay for its when I arrived, I looked on its, not so much my food, because I'm trying to be on diet keto, I found egg, and not many vegetables.

Room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable. The room had all the tools you need in the kitchenette. The nearest bus station gets you to the metro quickly.We really enjoyed our stay.

The fire alarm in the whole hotel went out a few times during our stay.

Clean and spacious room. There is all stuff that you need: fridge, hairdryer, blackout curtains, air conditioning, kettle, tea and coffee.

Comfortable room, bed is ok, nice little kitchen.

Very far from everything, no shopping onsite, only a bar-restaurant, that is not open late. Only good if you have a car. Otherwise no point to stay so far from the center for the same price.

It is worth value although it is far from downtown but there is a bus stop close by you could walk three blocks

Hotel is located in a good and modern district, it was nice to walk around the area. Pretty clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and good WiFi.
