Very good hotel with nice stuff!My parents were so happy about breakfast and Poland people, that works there! I can recommend this hotel ! Thank you.

The room meets the standards. The check-in was easy and quick. The restaurant was, good and the food was delicious. The service is superb. There was a wide selection of different kinds of food served for breakfast. I can recommend the hotel to stay in.

I had a problem with Wi Fi. The local (hotel) network was unstable and I was unable to use the normal data connection in the house. (Too much metal in the building)

Everything was the way I expected. Nice and clean and peaceful. The staff was professional, and the young woman who checked us out was lovely.

There were so many cars outside that it was hard to find a parking place. They did offer us an inside parking though for extra cost.

The room was way bigger than we expected. The kitchen was a very nice addition to a hotel room. The hotel's staff was very kind and eager to help with all of our requests. Everything was clean and organized as expected. No noise is hearable from outside of the room.

The heating system didn't work, or at least we couldn't make it work, so it was pretty cold.

Very spacious, modern room (new hotel) with all the expected amenities. We had selected it for its proximity to Warsaw Chopin Airport and it was perfectly located for that (a few minutes by car).

We have to pay forparking. In France, we are not used to this, especially for a hotel of this class.

Extremely big room - loved it. Dog friendly (fee for dogs), possible to walk dogs nearby, though in front of the hotel was free parking, it was full and was possible to park in the garage. Unfortunately, I did not have time to eat breakfast. Guy in reception was nice and spoke nice English.

Lady with dark hair in reception did not speak English and was not very helpful.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Clean with good facilities.

There was a party of young footballers, it seemed that there were around 100. This would not have been an issue except for the fact in the evenings they were playing football in the corridors which was noisy.

Did not affect me this time but it would be good to have a bus stop close to the hotel to change at Al Wilanowska for metro services . No BBC World News?

The breakfast was really good every day and the kitchen in the room was amazing.

The only noticeable thing was the WiFi that in my case was totally useless, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Very large, clean, room with kitchnette and couch area. Confortable bed. Good bathroom. Underground parking garage (paid). Good access, being on a main road (but quiet room). Very good breakfast with lot of variety.
