Excellent breakfast, offer for all kind of tastes. Location was good, in 30 min walk from Old town.

- we experienced troubles with shower temperature regulation, was not possible to regulate the warm flow - on the booking page of the hotel there is a symbol of available private parking what for a traveller is a sign of free available parking at the premises. When checking-in, appeared that one day parking costs 20 EUR (is hidden in the detailed description), what is enormous price for Warsaw, despite this there was a sign that parking is at our own risk, what is quiet funny, considering the price. if we didn’t arrive so late we would consider going to another hotel because such information should be written at the front page. - the personnel at the front desk was not welcoming, had problems with English and did not answer on all questions.

sit down, it's going to be long... first: i'm not impartial because i know hot it use to be in the "old" Jan III Sobieski, means this hotel undel the old management/owner and it was LUXURY! Is it a different hotel now? Yes Is it worste? No, it's different... What do i mean? i'll explain: the Radisson management has change a little the profil, nowdays the Radisson Sobieski is more budget than over the top luxury but that does not mean that the hotel is falled on his face, at the countrary, you can breath a lot of the old "great time" spirit in every corner, guests will get a more than high standard service and at the end the bill will not hurt so much (actually for the treatment you get it does not hurt at all). Are there still lux "things"? Yes, yes, yes, the first that comes to my mind is the breakfast! and the breakfast is good, is huge and is nothing like budget, i've been in a lot of pricey hotels where the breakfast was 1/3 at a double cost (and didn't taste 1/16 as good as at the Sobieski), the restaurants, even better. You still got cosmetics, hairdresser and so on inside the building and of course you are still in the centrum of Warsaw with metro, bus and rail bus in front of the doors. The garage is more than workable but the most important thing i found was the personel, one word: WONDERFUL! Was everything ok? Not everything but most was. Am i going back? Hell yeah!

Few odd things: the fan in the room was LOUD! but only at high speed, when i slow down it was cold in the room... The remote was missing (there were none in the room) so we get new one in witch the battery died in 2 hours and we had to have s... There was some convention in the hotel during our stay, sometime it was loud and o lot of folks going back and forward... like in ... a hotel ;)

Location - It's not right in the Zloty area, but it's not too far. Busses stop right outside the hotel. The room (I upgraded to superior) was very spacious and pleasant. It was helpful to have a coffee maker and a small refrigerator in my room. The bed was huge. The gym was a nice feat

I upgraded the room, but the first room I got when I arrived from the airport after midnight had many issues, and the night receptionist wasn't very pleasant. I requested a change of room the next day, and I immediately got it (Same room, but on a different floor and different set up). At the gym, I had to ask reception for towels (the gym guy didn't seem to care).

The breakfast is wonderfull, many choices, very tasty and delicious. Also the food in the hotel restaurant is delicious (but you need wait). The accomodation was very nice, I was pleased. I also can recommend massage. The massage was really good, but it was difficult to order it (as it was still full). It is in a centre of Warsaw and the view to the square in front of the hotel is really magnificent, I really liked this view (unfortunately not from my window :-) ).

Food in the hotel restaurant for diners was perfect, but it was neccessary to wait quite long for everything. The massage is to be ordered and paid at the reception. But when you come to the massage, the masseur yet inform you about possible contraindications, when the massage is not recommended (fortunately I have none of them). I think this info should be given yet before ordering and payement as some people might find not to be recommended to take massage finally.

The room is spacious and cozy, with very modern and nice design. The hotel is relatively close to the old town. The stuff is nice. Breakfast is really good, it has a big selection of various foods. Although there are a few downsides of the hotel, we did enjoy our stay.

Parking lot is underground and it has very few places. However, we did find a place just a block away from the hotel. It was free of charge on the weekends :) The card lockers system is far from perfect as our cards, as well as other guests always failed to start an elevator. It was annoying. The restaurant is very slow. We couldn’t have dinner with the 3 year old child because it took way too long to be serviced.

This was absolutely amazing stay! We have been very warm welcomed by personal, they kindly upgraded our room and provided early check-in without extra payment. The room was clean, everything that we need was included (even more!)! All furniture was clean and new. Very comfortable stay not far from the old city center (the bus stop exactly next to the hotel door). It was my friend bday, so we received very warm congratulations and compliments from the hotel and staff. Huge thanks for Daniel Bc, he is the best Client relations executive I ever met!

Everything was perfect!

Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff

A bit overcrowded canteen (breakfast) which made it difficult to find a place to sit, had to share a table with another family and preliminary wondered around the canteen room for 5 minutes with full plates. Maybe we were unlucky to visit in a high season. No parking is included into the room price which is an issue for non-locals. We have to order it separately and the price of the on premise parking is higher compared to 24h parking in the shopping mall around. But as a non-local you never know about all the options until you do an extensive preliminary research.

My third booking here. I enjoyed my lovely clean room and bathroom. I think I may try to request the same room next time. I also enjoyed your excellent breakfast selection. The hotel had colored Easter eggs in their restaurant as it was Easter :-). So good! I am Polish living abroad so seeing something like this at Easter time was a nice touch, I thought. I feel so good in this hotel every time. Thank you and see you again soon.

I had no complaints. My room was in a great condition all around. So was the bathroom - apart from the shower handle that I think needs changing (the shower head kept falling down).

Breakfast is fantastic 😊 Rooms are convenient. Good price to value. Close to public transport, you can reach all the fancy places within 20 minutes.

I had to leave the hotel on 1 May at 5:30 a.m. I wrote some postcards to my relatives and I did not have a chance to leave them in a post box. After dinner, around 10 p.m. I asked the staff at the reception desk to manage my postcards on the following day together with the hotel's daily mail, but they refused it unfortunately. They told me, that they have never managed such a thing before. 😲 I travel on a monthly basis and I already had this situation with the postcards in some cases, bit this is the first time when I could not manage it with the hotel. The staff should be more friendly and cooperative. All in all, I searched the nearest post box and I took the postcards there at 10 p.m.

The hotel is well kept and breakfast was good. I especially liked the really comfortable bed—probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. The location is close Warszawa Główna train station (not to be confused with Warszawa Centralna), all parts of the city can be reached conveniently by bus and tram. While this is great, the location itself does not really provide any other benefits.

The hotel appears to me as if it has reached its heyday in the 1990s (when it was opened). Now it remains as a somewhat lacklustre conference hotel.
