Everything was cool. But one of the duvets was knocked off after washing machine

The first Hotel where you ask to stay for 1-2h in the room for the later check-out, and they ask to pay by every hour of your stay. This was very weird.

Loved everything about this property. The room felt new and fresh, with typical Holiday Inn styling. Housekeeping staff do a great job - each day I came back to a room which had been spotlessly cleaned (including the bathroom/shower). Breakfast daily was fantastic and the couple of dinners I had during my stay were also really good. I loved the ambiance of this hotel - it was vibrant and staff were welcoming, particularly in the bar/restaurant. It was always a pleasure to come back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing.

Missed a small bar fridge

The hotel is very well located, clean and airy. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in a long time, super varied and with a great mix of local and international foods. Landing quite late at night and being able to still order cooked dinner on the bar was very comforting also.

The room misses a minibar, specially if you carry items that require refrigeration. The air controls in the room are really confusing and we were unable to adjust the room temperature, which could have been slightly cooler. While the breakfast was amazing, information on key ingredients would be helpful for people with allergies.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Holiday Inn during our holidays, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we entered the room, we were greeted with an amazing view, as we got the room on 15th floor. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. The amenities provided were also commendable. The room was well-equipped with modern conveniences, such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. Additionally, the complimentary toiletries were of high quality, and the availability of fresh towels and housekeeping services ensured that our needs were always met. I must also mention the exceptional service I received from the staff. The entire team was friendly, and attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Also, we had a chance to use the gym, where we found everything we need for a proper workout.

Everything!! The hotel was booked on short notice, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They provided an amazing room at a higher floor, which was quiet and peaceful and had a great view too. The housekeeping did an amazing job at cleaning, the front desk were always there to help regardless of the time. They smiled, greeted and sorted every issue. The room had all the amenities, kettle, watter bottle, cups and glasses, tea and coffee making kit, hairdryer, toiletries. The TV had MTV which played English songs- loved it! The AC worked well too and the window could be opened for some fresh air. There were multiple supermarkets and cafes at just a few steps from the hotel. The mall and central station is close by too. The area is great for a peaceful walk in the evening as it isn't crowded or noisy. There is an amazing restaurant at the hotel for all your snacking needs. Old town is a bit far you can take a Bolt and reach there in 10 mins at about a charge of 12 zloty. The breakfast was good too, it had the basic options, simple and good enough to start your day.

The bed could be a single king size bed instead of 2 beds being joined together. A little more variety in the breakfast would be great.

We have been in this Holiday Inn Hotel very recently, on the occasion of our Easter holiday. Excellent position and easy to reach by bus. Staff friendly and always available. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was varied and tasty. There were the sweet corner, the huge choice of bread, the corner with a different type of local cheese, cold cuts and fish. The needs of healthy people were also satisfied with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, seeds, yogurt and whatever you want. We ate in there once for Easter dinner and we were totally happy with it.

Centrally located, but in an "island" of quietness. Nicely appointed rooms. Good air conditioning that you can regulate yourself and you can even open the window for fresh air. Very good breakfast that will satisfy all tastes. Breakfast area is not too big, but staff are working hard replenishing and cleaning tables, so no troubles with that. It is available till 10.30. Would definitely return.

Cleaniness, the hotel is still as fresh as new. Comfy bed. Good WiFi. Good location, in very dynamically developing part of Warsaw, not very far from city center. Water, kettle, tea/coffee selection in the room - very handy.

Well, these sliding doors, that serve both the toilet and wardrobe... someone might get decapitated by them one day. I don't think it is a very clever "space-saving" solution. Each time you leave the toilet, You have to loudly check with Your roommate, if he/she isn't doing anything in a wardrobe at the moment.

Location is perfect to walk around the city either shopping or cultural discoveries. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is beyond, have stayed in some other properties in Warsaw and this one is the best one so far. Breakfast was beautiful, with the great selection, refills were also swift. Warm floor in bathroom is another love, especially during winter. Pillows were a bit too thick however it’s my fault not to choose another one from the pillow menu. I guess it’ll be my usual spot in Warsaw.

Would be nice to have a small fridge and a better sound isolation. I’ve also struggled to carry my luggage through the corridor because of the carpets, wheels we’re drowning in it.

Great central location for Warsaw sightseeing, close to central bus station and train station, lots of shops nearby, lots of places to eat, etc.

A very strange and uncomfortable design (looks like for space economy) - the same sliding door is used for shower/toilet and for wardrobe, so when somebody is opening a wardrobe - the toilet door is closed, and when somebody is opening the door of the toilet to go out of there - the door of wardrobe is closed right on the head of another one who was using the wardrobe
