The hotel is excellent! The pools are very good, the saunas and the kids space are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has a lot of options. The bar is also good and the parking is also very good and organized. I would definitely stay again.

Some little things annoyed me. First of all, the elevator is a real issue. We stayed on the 4th floor and to go to the pools we needed to use the stairs until the 0 floor, which is not convenient. If you have mobility problems, please reconsider going there. The floor near to the swimming pool is not very suitable. It's very slippery and I saw many kids falling there. Please be aware of it. And lastly, besides the reception, the staff barely speak english. I can understand it considering the amount of people from Poland in the hotel, but it's something that annoyed me a bunch of times.

Great top hotel. + Good restaurant. Amazing cocktails in a bar (kudos to barman!) + Very good modern rooms with good mount views (really optimal planning as in fact all rooms have good view). + Good sauna area and pool. + Fun room! + Ski and bike rent. + Location! + hint: the hotel is almost empty on Sunday evenings

In fact everything was great! Only few minor comments (not even concerns): - Queue on a reception if you come on Friday / Saturday at 15-17) - Quite expensive parking with no alternatives (good one) - Complex dinner is quite expensive which make more sense to go to restaurant (both options are good quality) - not a cheap hotel for sure (it shouldn't taking into account the highest quality)

Breakfast was exceptional, rooms (and the fantastic view) were also great. Lunch was high-class and prices appropriate. Kids room, games room, and the swimming pool area is really enjoyable, especially when you are travelling with kids. Front desk was really helpful with strong focus on problem solving. Associated taxi company is quick and their prices are ok.

Check-in was a bit chaotic as the prefilled data was only partially correct. It would have been helpful to receive hotel infos in english as well (as my wife does not speak polish she could not read the handouts) - as well as prices for parking upfront (prices for parking were standard and ok though). Also for almost one day we did hear drilling sounds from the room next to us - good thing is that the front desk reacted immediately upon notice and stopped the working. The only way to get down to the city center is to walk down the mountain road (never try the direct route downwards!), the roads are under heavy construction so you need to think twice if you use your car. It is also reccomendable to use the service of the associated taxi company, as the other companies require +20zl more.

At this place you will meet nice stuff. Breakfast always nice and sweet. Nice parking slots and easy access make your life easier. Also bar always give you a wide veriety to go with

A lot of people hanging in the midday at the balcony. So it make you feel a bit not comfortable - as you cant simply open the window. Moreover its load when everybody is hanging at their balconies and you see everybody

We got an upgrade (paid) and the views were breathtaking. Really great. Outdoor/indoor pools (Black Pool is great) are great. Sauna world is superb. Breakfast super tasty. Overall great.

The room service (upkeep) was a bit slow. Prefer better variety of food for dinner. Maybe a minishop would be good idea as it is a long way to the city.

Very good location with excellent view to the city and the surrounding hills. Possibility to rent e-bike and explore mountain paths. Indoor and outdoor pools where kids could spend valuable time. High level of comfort, cleanliness.

Expensive parking.

big modern hotel at the top of the hill with perfect views, nice rooms, big lobby, perfect pools, great animators for children… parking, children playground indoor and outdoor…. and if we can recomend western city in Zory as one day trip - it was perfect

restaurants …. really many people during weekend, not good organization during breakfast and dinner, quality of food should be better for 5s hotel, for example original nutella for children …. a la carte restaurant was better for dinner, but very few children meals

Food was excellent. I missed an option to have a plain meat, without any sauce. Forest location was pleasant and calming, the view from a room was nice. Free pool, game room and gym was just what I needed (I tried PS5 and the joystick drift issue is horrible!).

There were so many children, I guess it would be very nice to have an option to book a room in a "quiet part" of the hotel. Also, we had a disabled neighbour who was very noisy, but that's something you cant control... Would be nice to know we can get another room, next time I'll ask,

New hotel, everything is clean and nice. Kind staff, great view... perfect for a short trip over the weekend or two nights during the week.

I was wondering that most of the staff did not speak English at least on the communication level. I guess the target group is guests from Poland and the neighbour countries hopefully understanding Polish.

Spectacular location, beautiful views from the balcony and restaurant. Delicious food, friendly staff. There is entertainment for the whole family.

Not everyone understands that they work in a 5* hotel. I asked them to replace the wet robes with dry ones. The man who cleaned the rooms on the 9th floor was angry and unpleasant and told me to dry them in the sun. I was unpleasantly surprised that a cleaner in a 5 * hotel can talk to a guest like that...
