Good location. City center, restaurants and shops easily accessible by foot. Kasprowy Werch ground station was a 45 min walk. Plenty of parking space. Nice breakfast. Polite, English speaking staff.

Administrator promised a breakfast package left for us when leaving at 5a.m. Did not deliver. Not a big problem, but could have said no in the first place. Other than that, visit was pleasant, easy and comfortable.

The location was central but also far from the hustle and bustle from the Main Street/shopping street. It was very easy to get to some of the nice trails. The ladies at reception were very warm and hospitable and I felt overall great about staying at Bel-Ami.

The breakfast had big variety but I found the quality to be average. The bed I had was very thin but for the price it was still reasonable. Sound isolation is not the best because you can hear doors opening and closing in your corridor.

Nice hotel with easy access to the centre of Zakopane (10 minutes walking distance) and also 200 metres from the bus stop to get to the chairlift to the mountains.

I will never understand why guests must pay to have real coffee if they do not want to drink instant coffee (this policy of from another age - the direction would be wise changing this). But that was fine.

Great location 10 mins walk to Krupowki, excellent shower and the bathroom with shampoos, hairdryer, small single room but had everything I needed. Car park outside. Delicious breakfast!

Only 1 coffee sachet and 1 tea next to a kettle which is quite measurable.

close to the center in residential area, very calm location, well sound- proofed rooms. staff friendly english- speaking. allowed to check in earlier on arrival. very good Internet connection. two steps and from national park. easy accessible trekking paths.

Uncomfortable pillows. Dirty walls in the room. Very thin walls. You can hear everything and everybody from the corridor and other rooms…

In fact, everything was fine. The room I got was just right for one person. It was clean inside. Check-in went smoothly. The breakfast was tasty, if something was missing, the staff quickly served it. A very big advantage of the facility is the proximity to the center and parking for guests.

Very small bed (but I'm tall) and low water pressure in the shower handset.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel will pack food for you if you are leaving early and cannot go for breakfast. Sandwiches, fruit, waffle biscuit, fruit juice and water. More than sufficient.

There is no option to drop breakfast when booking.

Great place- in the city center. Free parking for the guets. Simple but good breakfast- fresh fruits, bread, difwrent cheese, meat ( for sandwich), granola, yogurt. Changing towels every day.

was warm day and room was very warm (no air conditioning). Breakfast starts at 8:00 - but I like to hike and with early sunrise I always left before 8 for my hikes so I never accessed breakfast. 8 might be good in ski season but not summer.
