We loved the interior and the style of the building with all the Christmas decoration (we stayed during Christmas). The location at the end of the town near mountains was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to avoid the busy center. You can still walk there or find quality restaurants nearby within a walking distance (10-15 minutes). The stuff was also friendly and polite, breakfast contains all you need and the rooms are cozy with a nice balcony view. Also a private parking is an advantage.

Unfortunately, the sauna was not working during our stay and nobody had informed us about it in advance which was an unpleasant surprise for us because a sauna was our main requirement while choosing the accommodation. In the end, we managed to be compensated which was a really nice gesture. The only real imperfection was the loud disco and radio music during breakfast. If you want to attract people by offering a calm place not located in the busy area where they can relax and escape the noise, you need to play some jazz music which gives you that vibe.

Błanca Owca is a beautiful and cozy location where traditional woodworks meet modern lifestyle elements in a lovely manner. The house is situated in a quiet area on the outer part of Zakopane, surrounded by trees and with beautiful views from every balcony towards the forest and mountains. The hiking paths can be reached within 5 minutes by foot and the sauna lets you relax after a long hiking day. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They even offered plant-based milk for our coffee! All in all we were more than happy to have found this place and will definitely come back the next time we are in Zakopane!

Friendly host, fast check-in and check-out. Nice buffet breakfast including local products and some warm egg dishes on your choice that can be cooked for you. Stylish interior and exterior, nicely made wooden furniture. Great surroundings with a stunning view of Giewont just when you go out to the street or if you get a room with windows to the street, you'll be amazed! Overall peaceful neighbourhood. Less a kilometer to enter a few tourist paths to the mountains (do take a map of all paths at the reception).

To get to the villa you have to either take local taxi (no uber or bolt) or go by foot cause there's just one bus in an hour that can take you to the villa from the railway station. So if you're with some luggage it can be quite tiresome if you decide to go by foot although it's not that far. Didn't like pillows, small, thin and flat.

The place was really nice with a mountain view. The bathroom was clean. Towels, shower gels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper was provided. Bed sheets was clean and the room itself was cozy. Delicious breakfast every morning. Staff was friendly, easy to communicate in english.

There was no air conditioner in the room, so during a hot day the room got really warm and so it was hard to sleep at night. Also, our room doors was a little loose when closed. So it kept moving and banging when the neighbors were opening and closing their own room doors.

I absolutely loved the location - it's a dream for anyone in love with peace, quiet and mountain views. I loved the room too - I requested a room with a balcony, and was actually assigned a room with two balconies, a stunning view of the mountain from one of them. The hotel is a small family business, which means that there are few people even if fully booked. The design and decor are magnificent - all hinting at the mountain locale without pretending to be a typical highlander homestead. Tasteful furnishings, and useful touches all around: a wall recess for cosmetics in the shower to practical hooks for outdoor clothing and a rubber mat for mountain or ski boots, to avoid trailing mud all around. This has officially become my go-to place in Zakopane. Also, the staff are absolutely amazing! The receptionist is everything any hotel could wish for. Professional and helpful, a great first-image contact for the facility.

I often work away from home - my room was not fully equipped to support that - a tasteful designer item, the chair at the desk was exquisitely uncomfortable: cold metal and wrong profile. Work lighting could have been better too. Breakfast was okayish, but would have loved more fresh fruit and yoghurt.

Beautiful view and delicious breakfast. Breakfast was homemade and made fresh. Quiet street and not too far from the town center. Three restaurants are very close by and a small conveinence store.

No Air conditioning, we went during the summer however they did provide a fan. While it is a bit of a walk to the town center it is a beautiful stroll. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage if you are on the 3rd floor.

Nice, clean, modern accommodation on the quiet edge of Zakopane.  Rooms are with mountain views, a comfortable 25-minute walk from the center.  The furnishings are cozy, the bed is really comfortable not just rumor and the bathroom is spacious.  The Owca has own parking space. Overall, it meets all your expectations. The staff is kind, speak English well. The communication is precise and quick. The breakfast is varied, also hot, cold, salty and sweet.  I recommend it!

The bath is 5 star but its side is high and difficult to enter into it

Very nice design,unique style,extremely clean and organized place. Friendly and helpful stuff,felt like I know them since a lot of time. Wonderful breakfast, nice choice and the dining room makes you feel like home.

The details of our room was different in the booking and confirmation. Although the photos were the same, it stated the room is 20m2 approx, meanwhile it wasn't bigger than 3x3,5 m. The room was very small, we constantly had to get out of each other's way. The glass wall on the bathroom was the worst thing that could happen, no privacy and if one of had to go to the restroom in the night,the other surely woke up too. Knowing this 2 details,i would have not book this accomodation again.

Clean, comfortable, modern design. The breakfast was delicious. The location was right next to Tatry National Park with open spaces. Easy walk into center of Zakopane. Great restaurant in the neighborhood called Żabi Dwór. We ate there several times. Nice sauna room for relaxing after hiking.

Breakfast time not listed anywhere. We had to check with kitchen staff and were told it was 8am to 1030am. No elevator so pack light since you'll have to carry it all up the stairs.
