Staff was helpful, but the guy in the reception didn't speak English (only Russian and Polish). He said tomorrow will be other staff member who will speak English. Cleanliness was almost perfect: restroom was clean, no dust, no leak, no lime. Bedding was also absolutely clean. TV in the room only Polish channels, but here you do not come for TV :) You can find refrigerator in the corridor: one refrigerator for 3 rooms. Room quite enough. Overall, we totally were satisfied with that option. Plus perfect location - quiet side street and only 10 min by walk to the downtown. No complain about the breakfast - 3 star hotel level: Sweden style table plus you get special plate with various stuff (meet, cheese, vegetables etc.)

Internet speed was average (despite motel was not very busy (perhaps 3/4 rooms was empty)), so probably when it is full - it could be challenge to use internet. Communication before arriving could be better: you getting answers, but sometimes it was not very informative.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, a home away from home! Great and quiet location surrounded by beautiful wooden cabins, nature and walking distance to the Main Street. Breakfast couldn’t be better, everything you need and super tasty and fresh with of course the polish touch of cuisine. The reception gentleman were so friendly and helpful and took their time to show us hiking routes on the maps ans give us excellent recommendations. So grateful for that personal support and touch!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rusalka in Zakopane. The villa was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the Tatras Mountains and all the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We recommend Villa Rusalka to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious mountain vacation. Good breakfast and room.

Very nice and helpful owner and ladies in the kitchen, very good breakfast, everybody find something, very good cake for coffee after :-) Clean room,comfy bed, good location, about 15 minutes from main street to catch buses for everywhere. Nice bonus that Netflix was available, also with settings allowing watching in english and my partner is English what helped a lot 🙂Thank you owners, we definitely would be back, just avoid Krupowki street and go to the mountains as that much better than crowds of peoples 😄

Not much really 🙂 Maybe room bit small,but big enough for get sleep, take shower, and go discover.

The convenient location, the proximity of the city center and outlets of mountain trails. The parking lot free of charge and spacious. Good breakfast and tasty lunches available in the dining room. Pretty decent prices for service and food.

The room was pretty small. The smell from the kitchen was ubiquitous in the main corridor and sometimes it was smelt in the room.

We spend here 5 nights and really have good time. Its old but cozy hotel. Friendly personal, well breakfast and tasty dinner, have Netflix in room was so good in rainy day. Thank you :)

Washing machine in hotel would be very good

A warm friendly and very clean guest house. We had a spacious and very comfortable studio. Any easy walk to the centre of Zakopane. The staff were very helpful, gave us ideas about what to do and where to ski and even booked tickets for the new years eve concert for us. The breakfasts were very plentiful and there was something different every day. You can also get a main meal there which is very good value for money.

I think I must have slept above the kitchen as I would hear the girls come in to work in the morning. However it was happy chatter and it woke me up in time for breakfast so it wasn't a problem.

First of all the reception was very helpful and friendly explaining what we can do and how to get around they also had a very good breakfast and room for the price we paid for our 1 night stay. Amazing recommend!

The room was spotless and included a balcony! Our arrival was later than planned but the staff was very lenient and even went out of their way to advise us on public transport connections to our prospected hiking spots. The breakfast was great and included all we needed for a full day in nature.

Don't expect deep and long conversations in English, because you are in fact in Poland which naturally makes Polish the standard spoken language. Although, we found staff very much willing to find a common ground to communicate (resulting in a mix of English, German and Russian). We had no real problems in communcation, but make sure to learn the polish for "Good day" and "Thank You".

Extremely clean room. Nice bed for 1 person. Quit place. Excellent breakfast and nice Polish dinner (until 18.00). Value for money
