The hotel was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood, they have their very own perfume for the hotel from the only portuguese parfumer which is very addicting. The staff was so nice and keen to help!! They offer valet service for 15.- per night, which we gladly took use of since it‘s a bit complicated and/or expensive to park right around the grounds. We were in luck and got an upgrade and got to stay in a suite which was so AMAZING and nicely decorated. We had an amazing view of de plaza and even the sea. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop and a heated pool (because of the wind) which only the guests can use. Further the breakfast was awesome and made to order. We enjoyed staying in this hotel so much and will definitely visit again! Can‘t wait to be back

The rooms are quite expensive but in my opinion worth it!

Top-notch boutique hotel , located downtown in Cascais with amazing views to the Cidadela and the sea. The hotel is all about feeling at home and I could experience the lovely and cozy ambiance . The staff if always willing to help with a smile on their face :-). The rooms are wonderfully decorated and the quality of the beds make you sleep like an angel ! Loved the a la carte breakfast and the dinner was to ask for more ! The rooftop with a small heated swimming pool and the garden/see view it is were it’s possible to have cocktails and drinks and on the sun-beds relax after a marvelous day in Sintra and Cascais . Plus the Art is always around us ( not even inside but also outside the hotel) , and it is possible to sleep within a sculpture of the well know artist Vhils and also admire the paintings that are around!

Could not ask for a better location or better service. Had requested an earlier check in, if possible, and they were able to do so. Additionally, they offered an upgrade at no request. Breakfast was exceptional every morning but on one morning instead of the pastries they brought out a slice of birthday cake. They had noted my birthday when checking our passports. Fantastic attention to detail!

That’s an amazing small boutique hotel. very very recently furnished, finished and seems that’s the management is not taking it for granted and are constantly trying to improve the experience for the guests

combo of the toilet space with the shower is ridiculous- you get water all of the place. no GYM, and the partnership health club is an old disaster very small pool on the rooftop: you need to kneel to freshen up

Stayed at Artsy Cascais in Cascais and were thoroughly impressed. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The restaurant was particularly noteworthy for its delicious and original dishes. Highly recommend for those who appreciate quality and exceptional service.

All the staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make our vacation so memorable and comfortable. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome, the restaurant food was amazing as were the staff and the hotel was beautiful with lovely rooms and a rooftop pool. We will return again soon.

There was nothing to dislike

A real gem in Cascais..a truly 5 stars boutique hotel. The service is amazing, personalized and very effecient. Breakfast is good with many options. The best is the location. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops near by, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Rooms are a little small but we understand that it's part of the old structure.

There was a big summer festival across the square which went on late. Not the hotel’s fault. But annoying all the same.

Apart from quality everywhere, fantastic staff and great food, it’s how well the hotel is run and managed

Didn’t stay long enough

Staff were exceptional. Bed & linen were fabulous. Breakfast delicious.

Everything was pretty great. We struggled a bit to find restaurants in the area but that was our issue rather than the hotels.
