The location is excellent. It is rather small hotel, with perhaps 20 rooms all together. Which I like. The rooms differ quite much in size and comfort, but we were lucky to upgrade our room, and had excellent rest and sleep. The bed was comfy, towels soft and rooms clean. Windows isolate voice, so although there are several cafes around, the noise didn’t’ bother us. The staff is super helpful and kind. They all get 5 stars.

Our first room did not stand to our expectations, and wasn’t true to what we purchased on booking.com. However, we were able to move after first night. Some of room features are not well thought through, eg bathroom does not have good ventilation, so that towels do not dry. To make guests’ stay more comfortable, I would recommend improving tea facilities in the rooms.

The room was not ready when we checked in however the staff and boss could not have been more helpful providing coffee while we waited at reception and reconfigured our twin room to a double they were sincere in their apology and offered us free on site parking for the duration of our stay. It was clear that the hotel had been recently renovated throughout and our whole experience was a pleasure from the staff to the facilities and the location I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the future

The staff went out of their way to help us as much as they could. When we arrived at 8 AM, the room was ready, and they didn’t hesitate to let us check in right away! They even invited us for free breakfast. Many hotels would have been sticklers for the rules. When I happened to mention I was gluten-free during a conversation at breakfast, within minutes, someone ran to the store to get me gluten-free bread.  location is great, right in the middle of town and a few minutes away from the beach. The room was modern and clean. (With a rain shower head in the bathroom). As much bigger than expected (although it said, it was two twins push together, it felt like a queen size bed) and very comfortable.

Nothing really. It is a good price and good value for the money. The rooms aren’t anything special. We didn’t have a view of anything, but we were very comfortable.

Very cute hotel in a perfect location and very friendly & helpful staff. We were able to walk to everything, close to great restaurants, the marina, some beaches, & the local Saturday farmers market. Sintra is just 20-30 mins away by car so we did a day trip there easily. There is limited paid parking available on site but free street parking about a 10 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast is a typical hotel buffet breakfast - great to have for the easy get up and go. Close to train & bus station. Room was spacious, bright and clean with a nice bathroom & comfortable bed. Eco-friendly hotel!

Limited parking and I don't think you can reserve in advance. You can drop your things off at the front door and find parking elsewhere. They will provide recommendations of other places to park if the onsite garage parking is full.

Location, service and breakfast were great. Reception area very stylish. Room was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.Bed was good. We appreciated there were reading lights on both sides of the bed.

No laundry services. Room was small, certainly not a place to relax in (one chair only and only one suitcase rack). Balcony/deck was strange place, common to all suites on that floor. Completely bare, no plants, places to sit, etc Electrical outlets for phone charging didnt work without key card in the slot which meant we had to leave a key card behind to charge phones.

room small, hairdryer temperamental, toilet a bit drain smelling, view of a rendered wall out window, no milk for tea and coffee in room, dry scrambled egg at breakfast, no pastries at breakfast.

Very clean and tidy property. The beds were very comfortable.Breakfast was very substantial,good variety of foods on offer. Staff were friendly,polite and efficient. Could not fault the location. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel and if we return to Cascais we will endeavour to stay here again.

Hotel was central and clean. When we had an issue with nearby building noise we were moved to a nicer, quieter room. The rooms looking out on the Main Street have a nice view.

Building and drilling noise from adjacent property was unbearable and we had to make complaints and take videos to get moved rooms on our second day. Maybe we were unlucky but ask for a quiet room! Our next room looking out over the street/main entrance was lovely and no issues with noise.

Very well located hotel in a quiet street in the heart ❤️ of Cascais that is within walking distance to many beautiful beaches,restaurants,cafes and the lovely Marina nearby with many nice bars and restaurants .All staff very helpful and attentive assisting you during your stay.The 3 bed room with lounge was very spacious and comfortable for two people on an extended stay needing the extra space and comfort .Originally booked 7 nights and staff helped us extend our stay for a further 6 nights during a busy period which was greatly appreciated and we missed our 3 bed room when we could only obtain a 2 bed room for the last two nights 🤣🤣🤣Great holiday and experience.Thank you to all the staff 🥂

Would have been nice to have more egg options for breakfast but it was a bonus as we were not expecting when we booked

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the centre with lots of cafes and restaurants, as well as sandy beaches, within a few minutes walk. Also handy for the station, with frequent trains to Lisbon, and the bus station for buses to Sintra etc. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and tidy and that includes the rooms. The "De luxe double" room was a good size, with a very large bed, had a nice balcony overlooking the street and a very large multi channel TV. A coffee machine was also provided.

The hotel has very limited facilities, no lounge area apart from the reception / lobby, there is no bar and no restaurant (although there are plenty of good eating places nearby), and no outside sitting area. The included breakfast was ok but quite busy at times. On 1 occasion towels were left in the room for just one person although there were obviously 2 in the room. Upon asking for another, we were told that they had run out and were only able to supply one with a large hole in it! I felt that the hotel is quite expensive for the facilities it offers, though the description is quite accurate. Maybe I need to look more closely at the description in future!
