Me and my family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights while visiting relatives locally, we had 3 rooms 2 of which had balconies, rooms were nice clean and beds were comfortable with 2 pillows each per person and another duvet available for the colder nights. Great staff and good selection of food for breakfast.

Wi-Fi was not working and but it wasn't a problem for me as I was using my own data but I mentioned it to the reception but nothing was done about it. Ac/heating was not working at all in all 3 room. Again I mentioned this to a member of the maintenance team and he told me that at that time of year it gets switched off.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful. I require gluten-free products and each breakfast time there was a selection of bread and sweet treats to choose from, as well as, a gluten-free cereal option. Honestly though, there were plenty of breakfast items to enjoy. The housekeeping was fantastic- the rooms were very clean and the bed really comfortable. Also, the BEST smelling and quality of body lotion etc that I have found in a hotel in a long time. The location is close by the metro and the cafe and bakery nearby offered good food at very reasonable prices.

I understand the waste regarding having tea and coffee in the rooms - in terms of an perhaps often unused tea, coffee, milk sugar satchets but as someone who needs their coffee, I would have liked to have been able to buy for a nominal amount these items from the reception. Taking these items from the local shop does not make sense as the size is far larger than is required for a city visit.

The location was excellent and the room satisfied our needs for a short city break.

There was a leak from the ceiling in our bathroom on the 2nd night during torrential rain. Since it was late and it was our last night I didn't want to bother with people coming to look at it or move room with my 71 yera old mum so I wanted until check out to report it. The receptionist didn't look very interested in hearing about it and didn't apologize so I'm not sure anything would be done about it but that's just my opinion. Also, there was a kettle and cups but no tea/coffee/sugar so a but pointless really. The maid said they had run out. We purchased coffee from the vending machine instead but they were rather tiny. All in all we were happy with the hotel and would use it again for a city break.

This hotel has a great location. You can go to the city center by feet, but a metro station is also located less than 5 minutes. Staff is ok, friendly, but not extraordinary. This place is clean. the room was very small, but it is ok if you use it only for evenings and sleeping after city sightseeing. there is lidl a few minutes from the hotel. there are many restaurants, pubs and cafe near hotel. a breakfast was very tasty. an extra point for a great value for money. I think it is very interesting option for citybreaks.

Very welcoming and politely charming receptionist who did a great job providing us with information in perfect English and even realised it was my birthday on check-in day. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a big window and medium sized balcony. The beds have been too good! The breakfast at 7 was not too crowded and there was a lot of food to choose from. The quality was OK. Maybe I was not too hungry that early in the morning. The parking garage was a big plus (extra costs)! And we could walk to all the sights in the city center.

Reaching the hotel was not very easy as there are many one way streets around and the streets were very busy. The garage is pretty narrow (in case you have a big car).

Great location in order to access the beautiful city of Lisbon. Nice, helpful staff. Breakfast was good and a plentiful choice of pastries!

Although parking was provided for a small cost, I would recommend to only use the car park if you're a confident and experienced driver as it's very hard to access and exit with it's very narrow, steep, slippery, windy road. We managed okay with a small hire car but could see scratches and scrapes on the walls from previously unlucky car drivers.

the fact they did not use perfumed products in bathroom and bedding, so i was able to use shampoos and not have to strip bedding to sleep on, more hotels should incorporate this as standard, room was ready early which was great, over all very pleased would use again

Good location for sightseeing altough not a typical portugese district but walking distance to almost every remarkable place and also good public transport facilities. Small, clean room, comfortable bed.

Breakfast served in the room in paper bags, aluminium plates and paper cups is awkward. There is no place to make an enjoyable morning meal at the small table. I resent there wasn't a warning before booking or at the confirmation email that the breakfast changed from buffet to this "covid-service". All other hotels we visited on this trip served breakfast without restrictions.

The location was perfect. Only a 2 min walk to the metro The room itself was a fair size and we also had a balcony! The room was clean and in good condition. It definitley was one of my best stays.

Breakfast could have had a few more options considering the price of it.

Location , breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed. Very large bathroom . Quiet room ( except for one night out of the 7). Good restaurants nearby and easy walk into centre or use metro

Sloping roof as husband tall. Key card didn't always work so lucky we had paid for 2 cards
