The building is in one of the main streets in Lisbon and it’s right up the metro station. The room was comfortable and quite big with big windows that made it very bright and good quality furniture. Staff was professional and ready to help, I would only suggest them to smile a bit more :)

Even if it’s quite close, the reception is located in a different building so you have to go there in order to perform your check-in, but it’s not the end of the world. Since the hotel stands in a central and animated street, the acoustic isolation was not perfect, so I would suggest to do something to improve this aspect

Room was clean and nice that you could open the window to get some fresh air

The location was brilliant, really close to the metro (just be warned that if you arrive late the best exit of the metro will be closed). Many good restaurants around Check in and check out was super quick. I'd gladly stay there again for a single night (for longer times they'll have to fix the internet)

All minor annoyances: Internet was barely usable, after a while I gave up and just used my own mobile data. The pillows were really high and there were no alternatives. The shower door didn't work properly. There was almost no space to move around the bed, it would be better to remove the useless TV on the wall and maybe have just one bed in the room. Having to do the check in/out in another hotel is a bit inconvenient (but it's still close enough)

Our room was the compact room - it was indeed compact, but it was very clean. The bathroom was very modern and the shower was great; powerful. There were 2 small soaps by the sink, and a shower gel pump in the shower which was topped up. The bed was comfortable and if needed there were extra pillows and a blanket in the wardrobe. Everything was very compact but functional. There was also some tea bags and coffee, but no milk. It was a great addition to have a fridge in the room and a couple of supermarkets on the road to pick up water, milk etc if you want it. We walked into the centre in around 15 mins; it's a straight road. There is also a metro station - Interdente - right outside the suites.

The reception was in a hotel a few doors away which has the same name: Lisbon hotel, but we weren't told to check in there. We took it upon ourselves to ask in there if they were able to check us in. The area is also a little bit run down with lots of tents in the yard of the church across the road and I think a homeless kitchen a few doors up. We didn't see many people hanging around though late at night, only during the day when the centre was open, and there were 1 or 2 police around too.

Location is superb Tram 28 is a few steps away, Hotel staff is excellent.. metro station is just outside.

There was no one to attend at the apartment hotel, I had to walk into another city hotel for check in/out and for any questions, the phone was not answering at reception. The room in the basement is very cold and it takes time for the AC to warm up. Hope there was a heater. To watch TV in the room, will need to turn your head at 80 degrees.

The room is quite spacious, there is a kitchen with everything you need, there is a washing machine, as well as a spacious terrace. Due to the fact that there are very scary buildings around, in which obviously disadvantaged people live, do not count on you to be able to relax on this terrace: it is uncomfortable when homeless people look at you

To pick up the keys to the apartment, you need to walk 50 meters to the hotel of the same name (for some reason this was not indicated during registration). Settlement is very long. A strange girl at the reception said to get all the luggage out of the car, we dragged it across the street in our hands, and then it turned out that the parking lot is one floor below the apartment and we could all lift it up on the elevator. The area is very nasty, the balcony overlooks the slums. Homeless people live in tents around the hotel. Returning home in the evening was uncomfortable

Room is clean & bathroom was spacious. Bed is very comfortable Check-in staff are very friendly (lobby of a hotel a few doors away than the actual unit) Next to metro station (Interdente)

Room is ok for 1 person as there's no much space even for 1 24" luggage. The 'balcony' door opens to the AC unit, so you can't actually see anything. Doesn't affect my stay I see a few homeless people loitering around the area but look harmless

The room was clean, the place is 1 minute away from tbe metro. I didn't try the breakfast

The cleaning staff never respected the "don't disturb" sign, always knocking every morning to ask if i need cleaning ! There is no sound isolation, i could hear people talking in the room/apartment next to me. Zero privacy (in more intimate situations even !)

Very close to the metro which made the entire city extremely accessible! The room was definitely only used for cleaning up, sleeping and getting a little refreshed before heading back out and exploring some more!

Since we only needed to sleep and have a bathroom it’s perfect for us but the room is small so keep that in mind! I wouldn’t say I disliked my experience because of this but it’s a good thing to keep in mind.

Clean, housekeeping everyday,good location,has everything you need ,all amenities, ..only wifi didn't connect last 3 days of our stay in our room, and also when I had questions and tried to call the front desk from room multiple times,nobody answered .. otherwise I would give 10.
