The aquapark is amazing, food good, family villas great!

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, right on the beach - practically across the street was the beach, public, sandy, guarded. The complex is ideal for families with children, as there is an auapark next to the property. Breakfast typical as in the hotel, practically every day the same: scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, cereals. Scrambled eggs cold, because the meals were not served on heaters. Service very friendly, although not all were communicative in English. The advantage was the free safe in the room. The room service cleaned the room very thoroughly, the bed linen was changed daily, fresh and fragrant.

The room we received unfortunately had a non-functioning air-conditioning, after reporting the problem to reception we were immediately offered an exchange to another room of the same standard. Unfortunately, the air conditioning also worked in this room, but very poorly. The staff explained that this is how the air conditioning works everywhere. We had to keep the small windows open all the time and it was still stuffy in the room when it was 20 degrees outside. The refrigerator in the room also did not work. According to the description, the room should overlook the garden/courtyard, but all we could see from the room windows was a wall and empty space. The water in the shower was cold, before the hot water came, you had to really drain a lot, which is not economical and environmentally friendly. Meals - lunches and dinners were varied, lots of local produce, delicious desserts and cakes. The disadvantage and major downside was the lack of typical all-inclusive equipment, i.e. food warmers. Meat, chips or fish were cold. A great pity, because the food would have been tastier. For a 4 star hotel, it would be worth working on these aspects.

The aqua park was good staff amazing very attentive all the time at the park and the twin room villa also good the cleaning staff amazing job !

All inclusive and you had to go to the reception bar every time for a drink you couldn’t get it from the pool bar even though it’s an all inclusive . At the pool bar you had to pay . No snacks were given out . The animation was very poor for kids as well as adults they would set up the stuff for them to play and didn’t even encourage the kids to go they would sit around and wait for them to go which I found it quite boring as kids would hardly attend. The evening shows weren’t that great either they had the own animation group of ppl doing the whole thing all day being a 4* star hotel you could have at least arranged for ppl from outside to come and do the evening shows like a magician , singer etc .

The staff in general but the animation team in particular are the best. Always trying to help and great with the kids. The food varied everyday with some theme nights and it was always delicious. The rooms were clean and super comfortable.

The general look of the hotel: it was very dated and in need of a coat of paint basically everywhere. There's only one bar with a very limited selection of drinks and apart from the 3 main meals you can only eat a snack from 4 to 6, with children it isn't great, it should have a place serving some type of food all the time, even if it is snacks. Only one type of ice cream available in the whole hotel, not one brand, one type. As an all inclusive, it was shockingly bad.

I love the entertainment and most of the restaurant staff.

Very "used" hotel and most of the facilities were either closed or in bad condition ..... bad experience !
