The very low cost is the primary benefit of this hotel. Although very basic in facilities what they offer for the cost is exceptional. Free WiFi throughout hotel, very clean overall with fresh towels provided frequently. What they offer for the price charged is exceptional.

The shower is quite small. Currently (March 2023) no breakfast service was available. It is possible to get breakfast from the hotel directly across the road. Unfortunately for our trip they didn't have any available capacity. However there are many cafe close by that open at 7:00 am and serve great breakfasts. There is no direct parking offered, but a covered car park is close by. Check out Telpark.

A Great central Location, the accommodation was modern and clean with a really nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also good for the money we paid.

There is very limited parking close to the hotel and most is paid. There was not a great deal of space for storage of clothing, if your were staying for a week or more it might have been difficult. The pillows were not very big, were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff at check-in (a Spanish-speaking lady), very polite male receptionist with great customer service while collecting keys (a Portuguese gentleman) and during the stay and check out (another Portuguese gentleman). Very clean, spacious room with extra bed, clean bathroom, TV with loads of local and international programmes, very big windows overlooking the main street and another hotel in front of our room, writing desk, reception open until late, bags storage facilities

Very nice and welcoming people. Clean spatious rooms, right in the city center. We choose the location becouse it seemed clean and so it was, very clean. A little bit cold during the winter, maybe during summer time it is better. Some more facilities like a tea or coffee, even a small fridge would have been welcomed but overall excellent facilities

breakfast was very limited, no options for a healthy breakfast for baby, like vegetables/fruits or yoghurt, etc. No baby chair, bad coffee.

Great value for money, clean and spacious room. Big bathroom. Girls at the reception were helpful and funny. We would come back.

For such a big room, at least one smaller fridge would be welcome. The check in time couldn’t have been a little bit earlier… but we could leave the luggage at the reception, so not a big issue. The street was a little noisy.

Central location in town close to train station and - more importantly - the football stadium. Very friendly and helpful receptionist at check in. A basic room but very clean, bright and comfortable - everything I wanted. Great value (in January anyway).

It's in a great location, near to the bus and train stations, in the old city, neat the Ribeira. Lovely room, comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. Everything works, there are plenty of outlets, plenty of towels and soap in the bathroom. The breakfast is superb! I originally booked for two nights and stayed for four. The room is small, but bright (good darkening curtains though) and not claustrophobic. Would definitely recommend, and would return!

Nothing, it's a great little hotel!

The staff was very friendly! It was also nice that everything was secured. You could only enter the building with your room card. The cleaning ladies they did a good job everytime. Obrigada

1.There is no kettle in the room for just Hot water. 2. For a short stay the beds would do but 8 nights you feel your back and neck. 3. There is 1 bin in the room for trash and its too small. We had to buy our selves trash bags. 4. The water in the shower didn't run away smoothly, so you had to stop shower because otherwise it would overflow.

Very good value for money. Comfortable and clean. Located close to the town and restaurants. Bigger than I expected.

Great facilities including fridge and kitchen.
