The staffs are super nice. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor. Once I bought I pizza from the outside but it was cool down when I back to hotel, the staff was so nice that he helped me to warm it up and provided fork and knife to me. They also work very efficient and try their best to solve my problems. It was a great experience and made me feel comfortable to stay in this hotel. I would choose to stay here next time.

The shower area doesn’t have a door or a curtain , the water will spill out to the bathroom while showering.

Great location close to local market (Bolhâo). Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Air con in room was fantastic and a must for August. Drinks in bar were reasonably priced.

Difficult to fault this place. Elevator could only fit 2-3 people comfortably. We were on 6th floor and whilst the room was very large, we only had one velux window which compromised the view.

It doesn't resemble an ibis. It's been refurbed and it's fantastic. Staff super friendly. It's clean and the right temperature you can adjust easily. I have a bad back so I struggle with beds but this one is comfy I slept really well. It's dark and no outside car or street noise. Good location and good price. Bar/reception like a cool we work space. I didn't work from there but had a drink it was comfy, good selection and cheap.

Despite having a great night sleep only issue it was a little noisy early morning. I could hear the cleaners coming to clean rooms and talking very loudly constantly which was disturbing. I don't usually complain and I know they have a job to do but it was too loud and distributive. Maybe a slight awareness of being loud that early in the morning.

Nice location away from the more touristy areas downtown. Easy to find. Close by to Santa Catarina shopping. I had a very small room tucked in the corner on the 4th floor but it was comfy, plus had an a/c that works. So glad when you are dealing with the sunny days of a Porto summer.

Reception on 2nd floor (3rd floor for Americans just to visualize). Tiny space just for about 2 people in the elevator and a few times they were closed. Would end up walking to the 4th floor (5th for Americans) if people were already waiting. Since the room was very small, it had the bare minimum (bed, shower, toilet, sink, TV, small desk, mirror, wardrobe area). Only wish my room had a small fridge. According to the hotel floor plan, my room is the smallest on the floor, so other rooms will have a little more space to move around and possibly a few more essentials.

Friendly staff, good position, walk-distance to lots of landmarks, coffee shops and train station. Average size room, with table (but no kettle or similar).

Toilet has the essential you need, but the water leaks out from the shower box since there's nothing to stop it. We just put some towels on the floor to absorb it and get along with it, but it could be something the hotel can think to fix in each room for the future.

the young staff is top notch.going out of their way to help for anything from adding hangers in room to opening bottle of wine . the little bar/snack by the reception is so friendly and nice place to hang and chat with the staff. the location couldn’t be better. within walking distance to old Porto and restaurants but on very quiet street

Location was perfect, room was very quiet overlooking a very traditional courtyard, super comfy bed and very clean and powerful shower, staff were so helpful and kind which made it definitely somewhere I will return to.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, though 24hr complimentary ones in the reception area, and no ironing facility in room.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was excellent, they even had a "proper" hairdryer in the bathroom...also, the breakfast was fab. The staff were very friendly and helpful...highly recommend and would definitely stay again if visiting Porto in the future.

Spectacular location near public transport, a number of eating options and a handful of attractions. Staff were very nice and available throughout the day. Very modern design that was kept very clean.

Little bit crowded within the room in terms of there not being much space around the bed to walk.

the room was very small for our 6 days stay. a small size room should be given to visitors staying only for up to 3 days max. there was no wardrobe in the room, only a small space to hang a few clothes with only 4 hangers. but the staff were very kind to give us more hangers when I asked.
