10 minutes walk from airport. Easy to locate with Google maps. Turn left after airport arrivals, go past Starbucks and exit through doors straight ahead. Easy check in. Pleasant receptionist. Super clean with bright modern decor. Room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Complimentary water and tea in room. No milk or sugar etc but could perhaps have got these from the bar/ café - I didn’t bother because it was late. Didn’t use bar/ have breakfast so can’t comment on them. Generally very good and a convenient stopover for flights.

No reply to my message via Booking.com asking about walking directions to hotel. Pillows too hard (for me). Bathroom tap was a dribble.

This hotel is perfect if you arrive (like I did) late at the airport, or if you (like me, once again) have to depart early in the morning. Great position, just 5' walk from the airport. Reception open h24, they even gave me something from the bar even if it was closed. Room super clean and super huge and comfy. Breakfast available from 4AM. There's coffee (american and espresso), fruit juice, tea, fresh fruit, croissant, and also ham, eggs, cheese and so on. It's simple, but good. Overall, wonderful. I'll return, should the need arise.

To be picky, a bidet would have been great :)

The room was very spacious, with two tiny balconies. The beds were big and comfy and clean. It is nice and quiet, even though close to the airport, so I slept very well. It is within short walking distance from the terminal of Porto airport, ideal for early morning flights. Very functional, no fuss. Clean lines, all modern. There is a tea and coffee pot available, nice touch. The WC and shower ans separated by the room through a half wall, but there are no doors to close, or rather, the existing doors are completely transparent! So make sure you book the room only if you're travelling alone or with your better half, otherwise it may get a bit awkward.

The hotel sent a link to an app where we could do an early check in, thus avoiding the waiting line at the reception. You are supposed to get the key directly on your phone via the app. Sounds great. I did so, but got a message telling me to still go to reception to conclude the check in! I complained to the receptionist, but she said they still need to check the documents that we register with. Well, what's the point then? In the end I spent 20ms filling in info in the app, and afterwards another 20ms waiting for my turn in the long check in line. Really...

Although close to the airport (a mere 10 minute walk according to Google Maps), I took the subway/metro to Botica and then walked 1-2min to the hotel. The staff was welcoming and answered any pressing questions. The room was just the right size, with a little balcony; the AC worked well, everything was perfectly clean. Breakfast was available in a wide temporal window, I think from about 4 am to 12 pm. A great place to stay if you arrive late or have an early flight.

Porto city centre is about 30-40 minutes away by subway, with the vehicle coming by every 20 minutes give or take. The Stay Hotel is a great place if you're en route somewhere else or arrive late. However, if you actually plan to stay a few days and explore Porto, it is a bit out of hand.

Handy location for the Porto Airport, particularly if you have an early morning departure - it's about 8-10min walk, safe even at 4am in the morning. Not ideal, however, for using as a base to explore Porto's tourist attractions, although the Metro line is just 2mins walk from the hotel and convenient to use.

Facilities are good, clean and the room was very spacious. But they are a little "mean" in not replacing the "complementary bottle of water" & tea-bags provided, when staying more than one night. When I inquired, I was informed it's hotel "policy" to only provide these on the first night - something which lacks guest empathy a bit as there are no convenience stores anywhere in the vicinity of the hotel.

super close to the airport, lots of open space downstairs in and hall, great facilities like lift. 24h check in which is really nice. big rooms with nice windows and very neat and clean.

the doors of the toilet. there is no proper door separating the bedroom from the toilet, just a glass door which closes just like a shower door. if someone is laying on the bed of the bathroom, the mirror is placed in the corridor connecting the two rooms in a way that both the person on the bed and that sitting on the toilet can see each other through the mirror. so if you don’t feel comfortable using the toilet while having someone probably seeing and hearing you, this makes it rather tricky. the facilities are great, but this detail is a bit weird.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the airport so extremely convenient for when you have an early flight. The room was spacious, the bed super comfortable and, overall, a really nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and the check in process went very smoothly..

The only "weird" thing on our room was that the bathroom door was made of glass and then there was a mirror opposite it that made it so that when you're on the bed you can see the person sitting on the toilet so that was a bit strange but nothing too bad.

We didn't have the breakfast as it is not worth the money. We only needed a great comfy bed to stay for one night near the airport. We stayed a another "Stay" hotel in Lisbon, so we knew what to expect at the breakfast. So, the bed was great, room very clean, facilities nice with a bar, and a lift.

Coffee at the Stay hotels really needs a huge upgrade. Coffee is very important, and we found it very weak. I ended up ordering an expresso, as it was at least drinkable.

Big room, comfortable bed with nice bedding, good shower, quiet, lots of towels and complimentary toiletries - almost too nice for a stay that was less than 5 hours total between arriving late from Porto and an early flight the next morning! Very handy location 10mins walk from the airport (although worth knowing the walk is along a cobbled pavement along a busy main road, and not signed but easily navigated with a phone).

Slow to check in guests in front of me so I had to wait a while, and although the room was mostly spotless it didn’t look like the shower/toilet doors had been cleaned very well (the problem with glass I guess is that everything shows!). As other reviewers have noted, the shower/toilet doors are see through which was fine for me but may not be ideal for others. There was also an ongoing hum from a generator or something outside my window.
