The hotel looked a bit dated but the room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Staff was attentive and helpful. Very happy for us to change room as we were not very happy with the first one given. The shower was very good and we were very happy there. Location was good with easy access to main roads and to Porto.

Nothing really major just the parking was a bit small when it was busy there was no-where to park. But we managed it albeit a bit further away than ideal.

Everything was great with the staff and the check in. I was allowed early check in. My room was supposedly upgraded to a balcony view. this was acceptable.

the only thing is that the room had no heating and the shower was not working as it should be. There was dated furniture especially caprpets in the room.

I really liked everything. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was relatively close to the city center, 10 minute drive. Breakfast was nice, with a nice variety.

The furniture and bathroom are a bit old, they need some renovation.

Breakfast was great as usual. The room had a nice balcony, great since I am a smoker. Room was spacious and there were blackout curtains. I am not much of a "view" kind of guys, since I was traveling for work, but it was nice.

Breakfast options were amazing, the pool water was freezing (to be expected of course!) but the pool area was great, the sun came out and it was great to dip our feet in the pool. The room and balcony were huge! In just 15/20 minutes walking you can get to Parque Maia, the metro station; it's not a "pretty" walk but it's worth it if you want to save some money in the taxi/uber.

As it's an older building, you can really hear the other guests in their rooms next to yours as well as in the corridor.

I found the breakfast menu to my utmost satisfacion as there was a great variety being offered and the locatuon was bright and very wecoming to guests. Overall, excellent once again.

Really, I have to say I liked evey aspect of this hotel.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. For the price we were extremely impressed with the room and facilities Its not that near anything though so prepare to get a shirt taxi ride to town (about 3 euros) My son in law left some jewellery there which they have kindly offered to post back to England FOC Definitely recommend this hotel, also 15 min from Porto airport!

Excellent value for money. Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. The room is a little dated, but spacious and comfortable. Though I didn't have time to enjoy it, huge lawn and pool!

Not much... Only the natural Covid limitations, mostly relating to limited offer at dinner and breakfast. It's on a noisy road, but the location is also very functional if visiting local businesses.

Everything can truly recommend this hotel the staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble.the food in the Restaurant was excellant.will be staying there again.

Very good breakfast, especially as the self-service has just been reinstated. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Good value 3-course evening meal, nicely prepared.

The N14 can be rather busy and we were a little unfortunate that the road was being resurfaced overnight during our stay.
