The cleanness of the whole hotel was beyond my expectations. Impeccable! Staff was super polite.

Keys for the entrance to the rooms were blocked 15 minutes before the checkout time and I could not enter my room, so I had to ask the member of the cleaning staff to open the room for me to take my luggage. If checkout time is at noon, then it is at noon, not fifteen minutes earlier.

The hotel is well located next to the motorway and within walking distance of the Parndorf Outlet . Clean rooms , well isolated and very helpful staff . the breakfast isn’t extremely rich in variety but the items were well prepared and tasty .

The double room with a double bed is quite small . A foldable bed for a young child can be squeezed in next to the bed for an extra 25€ . the other alternative was to book a family room which is basically two interconnected rooms for a significantly higher price .

I spent a night at the hotel after finishing my shopping at the outlet. The bed was very comfortable, and Cristina at the reception was very kind and offered us the room before the check-in time so that we could rest for an hour after the journey there.

One thing I noticed and didn't like was the fact that we didn't have amenities unless requested, which was quite inconvenient. Considering the price of the room, I find it distasteful not to have at least some amenities in the bathroom.

The rooms were of just the right size, the bathrooms were well-equipped, modern and clean. The hotel is situated in a giant shopping area with lots of nice outlets and restaurants, close to Neusiedler See. The breakfast was good and fresh. It was convenient to have the possibility of cancelling the stay until 6pm on the day of arrival. We appreciated the mineral water that was provided in the rooms on arrival.

Unimpressive exterior of the hotel (but a nice interior), the view from the windows is nothing special. The bathroom doors could not be locked. The ventillation was a bit noisy during the night.

The room is comfortable even if it is small. Location is ok if you are either on the road or shopping in the outlet nearby. They are pet friendly

The extra fee you pay for dog is 25€. It is the biggest we paid in Austria. They have water bowls for dogs at the hotel entrance and some treats but I would not trust the treats staying there for who knows how long.

24/7 reception is great for the times when you need a late check-in. The facilities are good. The location is convenient - lots of shops and places to eat. Late check-out (12:00) is amazing - rather rare to find.

The evening staff I met had worse English than the morning staff, which made communication a bit frustrating. When I arrived late in the evening and tried to check-in I had to wait around 10-15 minutes because the staff told that their computer was busy.

The room and Bathroom were clean, and easily had enough fresh towels. Everything was working properly & bed was cosy. Also liked that instead of the cleaning, we received some free drinks the next evening! Breakfast was good: Fresh bread, cheese, ham, cereal was on point and enough. Maybe the scrambled eggs could be a bit more "scambly" instead of being similar to a casserole.

This hotel is perfect for people who wants shopping in Pandorf Outlet. 200 m from hotel and you start to "spend your money".... So... Ibis conception on 100%. Parking is free of charge - and it is a lot of places.

2 ROOMS. 1. Our family don't like to sleep in conditioned air. So we stop the airconditioner and open some window. The sound of the wind filled the room (the strong wind is always there.) Some midges flew into the room light. But if you like the conditioner air, and do not open windows these inconveniences do not exist. 2. Breakfast is little bit modest as to compare with other Ibis Hotels we visited. And more expensive one. Also, city tax is applied.

Good location, garage on the ground floor,, fast wi-fi internet

There is no working desk in the room. Scrambled eggs for breakfast made from the powder. Water from the shower splashes all over the bathroom (there is no curtain or door, and no mop).

The ease of finding the hotel, the free parking, the fact that the staff was extremely welcoming, polite and very customer oriented. Fast check-in, nice rooms, very good breakfast. We are vegetarians and we had a number of choices , we were very pleased, our two kids were very satisfied as well.

The fact that we didn't stay longer. Actually, there was no improvement that I would suggest.It met and exceeded our expectations.
