The hotel is located very close to the airport and is a natural choice for a transit traveler. It fully fits into a definition of a five-star hotel: comfortable, clean, helpful staff, good breakfast etc.

Apparently, there is a hotel shuttle to/from terminal 2. Upon booking, it would be good to have explicitly articulated instructions for arriving guests going to the hotel where to find the shuttle departure point and times at the airport (for departure from the hotel it is easy to receive all need info at the reception). As I was not aware of this option, had to walk some 1 km in the middle of the night from the airport to the hotel on very hot summer weather.

The location is what attracted us at first. Once we arrived we were by the cleanliness, welcoming staff and extremely competent and helpful. Guest experience manager Mr. Wang went out of his way many times to accommodate us and help us in so many things we needed to do. Truly amazing team. Highly recommended.

The room was a little too warm. the bedding was very heavy and the A/C was not working 100%. But other than that, it was amazing.

The hotel was super close to the airport. It was well maintained, both inside and out. I ate at the on-site restaurant for all meals, and found everything to be delicious. The room was luxurious, and they have the best beds/pillows I think I’ve ever had in a hotel in China. Most of all, WangYang is absolutely amazing. As the guest experience manager, he helped arrange pick up from the airport and met us there personally, he oversaw checkin and made sure to help with late check outs. He offered to print pcr tests results for our flight. He was so helpful and communicative, that I was finally able to relax after a stressful few weeks. I also had a pleasurable experience being checked in by Stacy. She was so kind and helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English, and suffered through my attempts at Chinese with a smile. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool was closed due to covid restrictions. Although the food was great, the service was just a little bit slow. it’s not much of a downside, unless you’re really hungry.

The swimming pool is amazing and the hotel is well maintained. Very close to the airport.

We were forced to buy swimming caps on the pretence that it is compulsory for using the pool but moments later some other people came in without swimming caps and no one said anything.

I had to take a flight the following day and it was very convenient. The hotel has airport shuttle and the staff are very helpful with the bags.

Food in the restaurant or room service is incredibly expensive! Limited choices

location is perfect, just opposite terminal 1. Also got free room up grade this time.

Fitness is under poor condition, should be fixed/renovated urgently. Sauna & Steam rooms are also under renovation during my visit, so could not use.

Very quite, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, not too soft not too hard, I wish had one in my own home.

I booked the hotel twice for my parents to travel from Australia to China. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that the hotel is just walking distance from the airport and they offer the pick up and shuttle bus service.
