The rooms were fairly new looking and were very clean. The hotel was very quiet which we appreciated. Staff was nice.

We were unable to use the phone in our room because it didn’t work and one of the lights were out above one of the beds and the freezer in the refrigerator had so much ice on it and in it that we couldn’t put food in it that we purchased. When we told the Desk clerk about these issues she really didn’t offer a solution to them. We asked her if they had a freezer we could put the food that we purchased in. She did say we could use their freezer for the night. The refrigerator was fine.

Great hotel. Room was clean and well furnished. Pool area was perfect for smaller kids...loved that it was shallow enough that my 6 yo kiddos could touch in every spot. Breakfast room was nice but cramped. Good selection of breakfast items.

It was a little farther from downtown Munising than I realized but that wasn't really a problem at all. It was an easy 3 mile drive to the boat tours and anywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely go back.

The room was very comfortable and quite large. The pool area was nice and the sauna was nice. The location was convenient to the many attractions is a bit off the main area of town.

The breakfast was good however the staff of one had difficulty keeping up with demand. Coffee was often empty. The room did not have a coffee machine although a microwave and small refrigerator were present.

I was placed in a handicap room although I am not handicapped. The room was big and by the exit which was nice but also the shower was made to accommodate a wheelchair I assume, so water from the shower had no "edge" to stop it and created a flood in the bathroom. Vending machine was out of order, went to front desk to ask if they had any other drinks in the building, waited for 5 minutes and then front desk worker walks up and starts helping someone who came up after me and was a new check in guest. I just walked away. Breakfast was average, great waffles but sausage and eggs were cold. There aren't many local breakfast restaurants so this was a let down.

Room was spacious and clean. Nice to have an in-room microwave and fridge. Had a second-floor room and the elevator was convenient to our room. Nice lobby seating area and computer work center. The breakfast was good in the morning with waffles, sausages, eggs and the std. stuff. Coffee was good!!!

Third floor ice maker was out of order (one on 3rd and main floors), had to then run down to main floor for ice.

Good breakfast. Didn’t use the pool, but kids would love the slide. Okay location. I thought it was somewhat expensive.

I paid $309 for one night. A little much for this place. The location was not scenic. For $309, it should have been on Lake Superior.

Pool, hot tub & slide were really nice.

Very disappointed in the breakfast as it was the same options every day….sausage links and egg omelette. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or hash browns/potatoes. Coffee was also extremely watered down/weak.

We were there for labor day weekend and it was very busy but they did a great job keeping everything available for breakfast

Slide was closed but we didn't have our kids with us so it was OK. Others with kids were disappointed since they weren't informed until arrival.

Room was very clean and quiet.... Front desk staff was great even when they were short-handed due to a worker shortage that is happening all over the state...was surprised to see a full breakfast too...was really good and a nice selection....great place to stay!!!! Close to boat docks and downtown Munising too...

Wished the TV was a bit bigger and that there wasn't a recliner type chair in the room to watch TV, only dining room type chairs to sit in or watch TV in bed....

Staff was incredibly freindly and helped me deal with a forgotten coat and jacket. The were able to reunite me with my items. The breakfast and quiet rooom were very appreciated.
