Room was clean and nice size. Bec was comfortable.

Very difficult access to property. One access road only. Very hard to see after dark. We had to circle back as we passed the street. Room ac banged very loudly when it first came on. Quieted down once it started running. Not the quietest room I have slept in. Strange sound like something was breathing. Might of been the refrigerator. Every time we closed the bathroom door you knew it! Very creaky hinges.

Everything was carefully placed for convenience, including room design, air conditioning timer, breakfast arrangement, and breakfast seating. I especially appreciate being able to check out at 12 noon as I had a 4 pm flight.

Perhaps some cosmetic changes to the bottom of the swimming pool would make it more inviting, so it has an overall clean look and feel.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast choices. Room was a good size though balcony was really small and overlooked dumpsters.

Booking overcharged me on this reservation and did not hold to their price match guarantee. Booking also ignored my emails regarding the overcharged reservation. Will be the last time I use Booking.com

The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient at both check in and out.

Check-in time, 4 p.m. is kind of late. Early check in is possible for a fee. It seems like BW is mimicking the airlines with add ons for things that should be included as a courtesy. The price of the room was more than I had hoped for, but competitive with other rates.

nice rooms and outside pool was clean

the mini fridge was broken and had inch of water in the bottom and was not cleaned. the sliding doors to master would not close completely because they were broken at top. it was corner suite with outdoor patio. it smelled of cigarette smoke every time you walk in your room. it was coming in the room from someone smoking on other balcony’s

The room was clean. We had an air conditioning issue and the front desk person / maintenance person came to the room and was happy to help.

The room was very hot. The air kept cutting out. After the desk / maintenance girl came and jiggled the thermostat, it worked for the rest of the night. She seemed very reserved and pleasant considering she was covering two jobs.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the room accommodations. We love the balcony. Our beds made and room picked up when we were out. Overall gray stay. One of the cleanest. I recently stayed at a 5 star Hotel in L.A. CA and it wasn’t clean and nice as this room was.

The staff were great and very accommodating. We love the location. The rooms were mostly comfortable.

The toilets are too low. It would be nicer to have comfort height toilets, and the beds were a bit too soft.

Room wasn't set up for three, and minimal staff meant we we had to collect extra towels both days, when cleaning staff removed them after our first night. Not a lot locally, have to drive to get something to eat.

Clean and modern hotel. Nice linens/towels. Great location for our needs, south of LV.

Breakfast could be self serve or modified as no restaurant restrictions were still in place.
