Location of the hotel is excellent for an overnight stay or a layover at the Krakow Airport, almost within striking distance of the runway but still in a very quiet neighbourhood. The room was spacious, modern and clean. WiFi was good, and there were some coffee and tea options. Really everything you need. There are good breakfast options and using the waffle machine was fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is a free shuttle service to the airport.

I really have no complaints. The only thing I can think of which I was not happy about is that toiletries came in a dispenser instead of individual bottles, so it was impossible for me to take one home as a souvenir. :)

The breakfast was good (especially the scrambled egg). easy to find the hotel (exit the airport terminal, turn right and walk for about 50 yards, then turn left. You are on the right road if you then pass the railway station on your left after about 30 metres. you then just keep walking straight for about 15 minutes. those with good eyesight will already be able to see the hotel in the distance with the sign in red.

I could not understand how the heating settings worked on the first night. room 238. it did not save the required temperature and the fan was really noisy (only opening the window turned off the fan noise).

Great location, hotel is 5 minutes from the airport. The train station is also outside the hotel this cost 34zloty (roughly £6 return) into the city centre (glowny) very fussy for breakfast but there was alot of choice, you can even make your own waffles by pouring the batter and cooking it yourself. The hotel seemed secure you had to use your room card to activate the lift, the staff spoke very good english and made great cocktails. Cleaners were out very early we seen them around 7am. You can also take out hot drinks from the self serve breakfast which is great for these cold mornings when going for the train into the city. The windows are very soundproof, couldn’t hear any planes or vehicles. Huge tv on the wall we had the music channels on whilst getting ready. Didn’t hear any other guests it was very quiet. Will be returning to this hotel in the near future.

Just wish there was a choice of pillow instead of 2 the same, they were too soft and uncomfortable for me as my head just sank into it and made me feel suffocated, i do prefer a hard firm pillow.

The room and bathroom were stylish, comfortable and very clean. A free water still and sparkling, tea and coffee, good shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and decent, hot and cold choice. I highly recommend the make yourself waffles, I paired them with the red berry jelly and whipped cream and they were absolutely delicious. I’d happily return to treat myself to them again. The location is what it is, it’s an airport hotel but some distance away from the terminal. The hotel provides transportation to and from the airport which needs to be booked. The driver picks up the passengers from the airport within 10 min. The cost is around £2. The hotel staff and the drivers were polite.

I have no complaints. The location as I mentioned is the least interesting but I wouldn’t expect any great views from the airport hotel. It serves its purpose well.

The location is a short walk from the airport rail station and terminal building. Staff were excellent, and there was a restaurant with decent menu for a short stay. I thought the room among one of the best I've stayed in. Excellent and thoughtful layout, comfy seating, very good lighting, tea/coffee facilities, nice bed, lovely bathroom, stylish yet warm decor. I thought it was perfect - so relaxing after a long day of travel.

Breakfast was largely good, but the service area is very cramped. Coffee/tea machines were not adequate, and a separate hot water boiler is necessary, as drops of the previous user's coffee end up in the hot water for tea.

We arrived very tired and asked for an early check-in. They agreed to pay extra (all options were explained in advance). We checked in at 7 in the morning, took a shower, and still had time for breakfast. Comfortable beds, tea, coffee in the room, fresh towels, iron. This is all you need to relax in the middle of your trip or before or after your trip. Thanks a million

The family that settled on the floor above behaved like animals... squealing as if they were being killed there, doors banging, the walls buzzing. it lasted more than 2 hours in the evening after 9pm. Most likely, they were remarked because then the noise suddenly disappeared, and we no longer heard them

Great hotel just a few minutes (flat, straightforward) walk from the airport. Lovely room, with great furnishings, including a large, comfortable bed. It was really quiet and I couldn't hear any external noise. The room/bathroom was very clean. I had a meal in the evening, and chose the goats cheese salad which was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated the grab and go breakfast at 0330 too! The staff were attentive and friendly for both check in and bar/meal service. would definitely use this hotel again for flights to/from Krakow.

Loved everything about this hotel - the rooms are modern and well designed, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was 10/10 - plenty of choices catering to most dietary requirements - we especially loved the do-it-yourself waffles! Check in/check out was quick and easy. We pre-booked the shuttle as we were arriving at the airport late which arrived promptly. A great option if you’ve got lots of luggage or kids. We walked back to the airport the following morning to collect our hire car which took maybe 7 or 8 minutes. Great price too - I have already recommended this hotel to friends!

Whenever I have a flight from Kraków I always choose to stay here due to the location and modern interior as well as the comfort of the rooms. The dinner options in the evening are varied and much improved from a previous experience. It offers good value for money.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the orange juice is undrinkable as it's from a machine, so it tastes very weak with it being predominantly water. Also the milk for cereal is warm, so doesn't taste that great and I found the cereal options disappointing last time as I usually have some granola.
