Hotel Great Polonia Conrad Kraków

Exceptionally clean, tried to check everywhere and everwhere is so nice. Also the price is fair so I it is like a hidden jam for me. They have a good breakfast for 35 zl, but not really my style. There is Ikea and supermarkets across the street which is also very accessable. Lightning is perfect, so many switches so I can even switch of my light beside my bed.

- For backpackers: It is a hotel that is located far from the center and I don't mind taking the bus, just the bus doesn't go so often, so you need to take this into consideration if you are coming back and forth. - The service from the front desk could have been better. Sometimes they just sit there without smiling.

Location is pretty good. Good looking and clean rooms, AC. Overall good price.

It is written, but parking even outside is paid only. Considering location of the hotel it seems weird… We had to keep leaflets on the car screen for the whole stay even if places are very limited and it should be easy to track registered cars. We asked about breakfast prices if we did not pre-order and price was very big. Better just eat at ikea/shoping centre nearby.

Location was good. It was near Galeria Bronowince, which is one big shopping mall and also has a huge grocery store (Auchan). Also Mcdonalds was close by. I also absolutely loved the breakfast in this hotel, which included the best crossaints. The place was near highway, but it did not really bother us, because we didn't need to keep windows opened because the room had great air conditioning and the room also had a really comfortable bed and it was spacious. Also the staff were nice to us and spoke good english.

Their breakfast was nice, there was many different kind of apperitize and meal. Room was clean when we arrived, the room was enough big. Bathroom was okay. Everything was like promised. The location could be better but it was still okay.

Like I mentioned before overall my stay was good. However if I need to tell what could be better? The location could be better, it wasn't bad and not so far but could be a bıt closer to the city centrum.

Everything was excellent, from the 1st day to the last. I am very happy 😊 to have chosen the Conrad.

I didn't like the distance from the Conrad Hotel to the Old Town. It was 30 minutes or more and very hard to reach. The trip including one bus ride plus a tram ride was too much for me. I had to rely on many taxis and it increased the price of my visit to Poland 🇵🇱. I would have stayed longer in your fantastic country if I hadn’t had to spend so much on transportation.

Clean Good breakfasts with new main dishes almost every day Good location for us - near to Auchan and Ikea Soft beds

There is a free parking but places are too limited because of a lot of hotel guests. Keep in mind a budget for parking or find another places for a car. Minor issue with bathroom (water under toilet) but it was solved very quickly

really bad wifi in my room , often totally impossible to log in, low capacity air conditioning . parking 40 zl a day ( expensive) 4 star hotel???

Hotel didn't inform about changes, when we booked a room was free parking, we came in hotel we had to pay 40 pzl/day.

Very nice 2 bed room apartment. Big and comfortable. Tasty breakfast. Good location. Near IKEA and Aushan supermarket. Bus stop is far from 200 meters.

You need to ask clean stuff to clean

Comfortable bed, very good breakfast (lots of options), kind staff, sparkling water every day in the room. A stor (Zabka) is 500 m away.

Parking is 40 pln per day, it’s around 5 km from old town. At the time we stayed they didn’t have alcohol (no permission to sell it).
