Very fine new hotel with a great location, easy underground parking and good window view making this hotel ranks one of the best 5 star hotels in Taiwan.

I was surprised the line up for the breakfast and they shouted out our room number to look for us. One of the floor staff remembered to look for the floor number first, but the male staff looking for us apparently forgot the privacy issue and called out our room number....

It is an amazingly fabulous experience from start to finish. I do feel like a amusement park after i checked in the hotel. The warmth and genuineness from the staff is blowing me away. They are so professional and reserved at the same time but also very relatable and pro-actively caring for your needs. One of the surprise that shook me is that, they prep a cake, made by their own bakery, without notifying me prior, just while i am about to leave my room to grab something to eat, they deliver directly to my room and wish me a happy birthday with a very delicate card, and a room-service level set. I am literally impressed by such gesture, even its already three days after my birthday. Also it is quite a hefty price tag, but the bathtub/ the pool/ sauna/ even not so fully equipped gym is very enjoyable. The central bar ! You GUYS, please, check out the central bar with light show projecting on the roof top in the dead center of the whole structure of the building during the night it is mesmerizing. The bar in the lobby is also exquisite with style and very much feel like a Hollywood movie-ish kind of luxurious experience. The room service is very attentive and worth the price, although the quantity of the food might not be as inviting as the look, however, if you are not a buffet kinda guy, the room service really do you justice to have the right amount of food for one. Not to mention the crazy tech-ish fancy in-room voice control robots and also the flat screen TV that can airplay through your iPad and iPhone and the BOSE studio that you can Bluetooth and blast all kind of music you want! Priceless experience, i would definitely check it out very soon.

The only thing i can be nagging about is the view of the room. It literally right across a civilian apartment, to some point the privacy is questionable, therefore, i roll down the curtain almost whole of my stay. Due to the fact that instagram really do too much of the propaganda of the view point of this hotel, therefore, the only down point of the stay is the view not being too fancy, but overall the configuration and setting of the room and fully equipped tech really surprises me and took me to the clouds .

The location, the room, and the staffs especially the staff with wearing eyeglasses - she was so accommodating

I was confused, supposedly, i pressed the cleaning lady button part, unfortunately, my room didnt clean it up - that i realized it should not to be pressed

Clean rooms, 24-hour gym. Central location with great accessibility. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Windows could be cleaner and the pastries at breakfast were a little lackluster.
