Cleanliness Approximate to the centre and bus station

Only one thing I did not like. The proforma sent to me missed information such as the bank address and the IBAN of the bank was on 2 lines instead of on the same line. Several times, I had to call the hotel for the missing information. Finally, I have been able to do payment, but unfortunately, while on holiday in Reunion Island, the bank called me and I was surprised to learn that the bank rejected my request for payment. I hadþpaid the hotel with my card

Comments shared as room for improvement: When we looked at the hotel on booking.com the airport shuttle was not shown as 'with a supplement' (unlike the spa etc...) so we thought it was included in the package. Was surprised we have to pay EUR35 for such a short trip. Also the breakfast could have been included in the price as the room is really just just value for money. The aircon quite noisy and not working so much. The room was not as what was descrubed in our cinfirmation of reservation mail...

We spent only one evening at the hotel and couldn’t really take advantage of all the facilities. The property was pretty chic and well designed. Our window view was great and the 5th floor terrace seemed cosy. We had some fresh tea and water in the room which was highly appreciated after a long day.

We felt it was a bit expensive for a room without breakfast included. We didn’t use the pool but it looked smaller than the pictures.

The location of hotel is great - you can walk easily to Saint-Denis's center in 10 min. The hotel is nicely decorated and stuff is super professional and helpful.

No blow-drier in the rooms; the elevators are incredibly impatient: we got fit by closing doors couple of times as they start closing even while there is something, or someone, still entering.

Staff very helpful and polite. Restaurant food was excellent, la gastronomie française so delicious.

No hair dryer in the bathroom and iron.

Clean big rooms with nice ventilation and airconditioning. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is relatively pricey and the wifi does not always connect instantly. You hear the traffic quite well.

Lovely hotel, great staff (speak English), modern air conditioned room with the best shower. Great location, walking distance to bus station and other restaurants. Perfect spot and close to airport.

Perfect location , close to the bus station , if we need it , Excellent dishes in restaurant , very friendly and helpful personal .

Easy to find coming from the airport in a car rental. Has parking - visitor / or under cover (extra). Can walking into the town/ markets. Comfy beds.

Tiny pool on roof - very crowded if more than 10 people are there..

Very nice hotel, good location and parking. Nice view also.

Just some of the staff aren't too friendly and arrogant. I didnt feeling welcomed by some people.
