very welcoming hotel personnel I think we even got to meet the owner who also offered to drive us to the airport as our flight got moved one day further I was more than happy to work on the balcony where there was a little table and a cozy spot our little one also enjoyed the view from their terrace and kept looking at the passing car a nice little spot for eating sits just around the corner from this hotel add to this that the hotel is only 15 min from the airport and you've got a pretty good deal forgot to mention that the place was very clean which we really appreciated for our baby daughter

the hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport and also from the city centre. the hotel offers dinners in its restaurant. Otherwise for dinner one would have to drive to the city centre, not much around the hotel. the hotel has a spacious parking. Breakfast was excellent.

Due to the windows opening to the inner garden with the pool, but also with gardens of surrounding houses, it can get quite noisy during the day. The noise quietens down for the night.

We appreciated the outstanding customer service that your staffs Nicolas, A , C and their manager Jivan has provided. They all have always been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. We truly feeled like guests and not just a regular customers so hats of to your team. Please let them as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Everything about the hotel and the booking and the staff were excellent. Clean rooms, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Organising the shuttle from the airport with Tulip Inn was SUCH A PLEASURE. Our flight kept getting delayed and the hotel always responded to our messages and assured us the car would be waiting for us at the new arrival time. Brilliant service.

The room was beautiful, the bathroom very new and the balcony was stunning! Breakfast was easy but very good. I asked for late checkout and an airport transfer during my booking on booking.com and during the checkin they knew my wish and I did not need to notice it again. Worth the price. I am super happy with my stay!

Super nice hosts, we had very late check in and they made it possible. Hotel owners are a super nice family and you feel right at home. The hotel is right in the center of cilaos and breakfast is great with lots of fresh fruits! We will definitely come back if we have the occasion!

- the room is very well designed, with a nice shaded balcony ; -there is large open staircase which gives a sense of fresh air and space to the whole building; - the pool, although not very large, adds a welcome coolness; -dinner buffet was excellent; -many local restaurants in the vicinity; -above all , the staff is nice, attentive and friendly

- the car park can get very busy - breakfast was good but variety would be welcome, with more local fruits for example

Easy airport transfer which was great for an overnight stay. Reunion looks like a nice place to visit.. a lot bigger than i was expecting. Sad we only were able to stay overnight. Breakfast was really good. Friendly staff.
